The United Way realized that it had never received a donation from the city’s most successful lawyer.  So a United Way volunteer paid the lawyer a visit in his lavish office.

The volunteer opened the meeting by saying, “Our research shows that  even though your annual income is over two million dollars, you don’t give a penny to charity.  Wouldn’t you like to give something back to your community through the United Way ?”

They let you know that they aren’t cheap and that litigation is – – expensive!  As if they are important. . . no extremely important.  That’s why they wear suits instead of blue jeans!

Then they want you to sign a – – contract agreement – – which generally states they can get away with murder of your rights and you can’t touch them in a court of law.  Why?  They are not perfect.  They make mistakes – – really bad mistakes – – but it’s OK to them — they’re attorneys.

Why is attorney Dennis C. O’Brien not voluntarily removing himself from the Scott Hintz case and why is he trying so hard to stay on Scott’s case?

Why has this attorney not helped Scott get evidence and testimony into the record of this case?

Judge Clarence Cooper agrees to Last-Minute Emergency Hearing!

Federal Judge Clarence Cooper in Atlanta has finally agreed to hold an emergency hearing on some very troubling items.

Late today, Scott Hintz received notice of a last-minute order to hear items related to the removal of attorney Dennis C. O’Brien after Lawless America featured the story on Sunday!

The U.S. Attorney has already agreed that U.S. Magistrate Judge Alan J. Baverman will testify tomorrow, if called.  Scott has requested Alan Baverman testify in regards to his personal knowledge, communications, and actions.

Former Georgia Candidate for U.S. Congress Disbarred, Indicted, and More

Craig Steven Mathis, who once challenged Saxby Chambliss for a seat in U.S. Congress has now been disbarred by the Georgia state supreme court after it says he took settlement funds from a client.

Mathis has been stripped of his law license after the justices of the Georgia Supreme Court decided unanimously to disbar him on April 26, 2011.

District of Columbia Attorney and Investigators Indicted for Alleged Roles in Scheme to Obstruct Justice in Criminal Case

A seven-count federal indictment was unsealed April 21, 2011 in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia charging a Washington, D.C., criminal defense attorney and two criminal investigators for their alleged roles in a scheme to obstruct an ongoing criminal case, including, among other things, manufacturing evidence and tampering with a witness, announced Assistant Attorney General Lanny A. Breuer of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. 

Attorney Charles F. Daum, 64, of Arnold, Md., and investigators Daaiyah Pasha, 60, of Washington, D.C., and Iman Pasha, 31, of Springfield, Va., each were charged with one count of conspiring to corruptly influence a juror.  Daum was also charged with three counts of influencing a juror, one count of tampering with a witness and two counts of inducing perjury.
