Federal Judge Clarence Cooper in Atlanta has finally agreed to hold an emergency hearing on some very troubling items.

Late today, Scott Hintz received notice of a last-minute order to hear items related to the removal of attorney Dennis C. O’Brien after Lawless America featured the story on Sunday!

The U.S. Attorney has already agreed that U.S. Magistrate Judge Alan J. Baverman will testify tomorrow, if called.  Scott has requested Alan Baverman testify in regards to his personal knowledge, communications, and actions.

On Monday, August 29, 2011, Judge Cooper suddenly issued an order schedulling a hearing at 8:30 am tomorrow to hear Scott’s motion.

To witness how awful things can really become in an Atlanta courtroom, please plan to attend Scott’s hearing:

Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at 8:30 AM

United States District Court
75 Spring Street SW
Judge Cooper’s Courtroom 1807
Atlanta, Georgia 30303.

Thank you to everyone who has expressed interest in supporting Scott tomorrow.  Please plan to attend.  We all need to show our support.  Again, please note the new hearing time will now be tomorrow at 8:30 am and in courtroom 1807.
