Help 504 Prisoners in the Ellis County Jail

Please help an Ellis County Jail prisoner buy something he or she wants or needs — Spicy Nacho Chips, a pad of paper, toothpaste, or something to drink.

My name is William M. Windsor.  I have spent the last 13 years helping victims of government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption.  I do it for free.

Please help an Ellis County Jail prisoner buy something he or she wants or needs — Spicy Nacho Chips, a pad of paper, toothpaste, or something to drink.

I have been reporting on LawlessAmerica.com and facebook.com/billwindsor1 about a man, John Eric Armstrong, who is being held captive in solitary confinement in the Ellis County Jail.  He has never committed a crime, but in the most corrupt county in America, none of that matters.  I’m trying to expose the unbelievable corruption and help as many of the 504 prisoners as possible.

I have set up this GoFundMe Campaign to raise money for the prisoners.

In jail, you are not allowed to have money.  Dinner is a soggy sandwich.  There is a Commissary Wagon that comes by a few times a week with every imaginable spicy potato chip ever made and other personal hygiene and food items.  The only way you can get anything is if you have “money on “your books.”  That means someone has some money and cares enough to put some money on your books.

I was unlawfully confined to the Ellis County Jail in November and December 2014. 53 days.

Fortunately, my sister put money on my books, so I was able to buy Cokes, candy bars, chips, toothpaste, a telephone card, paper, ballpoint pen refills (only writing instrument allowed), and the like.  But then I realized that most of my cellmates didn’t have any money on their books.  I gave away a lot that I bought.  Read about what happened Thanksgiving 2014.  I assure you from my personal experience that the impact of a random act of kindness to these folks will be appreciated much more than you could imagine.

So, we have 504 men and women locked up.  I’d guess over half of them have no money.  Most of these people are in jail because of alleged drug use or alcohol use. 99% of them are innocent until proven guilty, and 100% of them have had their Constitutional rights violated.

I want to put money on “the books” of these prisoners.  If I had money, I’d put as much as I could on the books of every man and woman.  Sadly, corrupt courts took all my money.  So, I am turning to you for help.

I am seeking to raise $5 per inmate.  That won’t buy much, so I’d love to raise much more.

Imagine you were locked up and had no one to help.  You couldn’t even get toothpaste or a cracker.  Then imagine the joy when they tell you that you have $5 on “your books.”  At that moment, the impact on you will be profound.  Let’s work together and brighten some dark days.  And I’ll keep working night and day to expose the corruption there.

Now that I have published his letter in its entirety, I will publish the story with evidence linked and with additional information I’ve learned in my investigation.  I will be including every crime I have identified, and the list is truly overwhelming.  — William M. Windsor

Bill Windsor was held in the Ellis County Texas Jail unlawfully for 53 days, so he loves the idea of helping bring down what he calls the Ellis County Mafia.
