William M. Windsor has filed a Declaratory Judgment Lawsuit in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia.
The lawsuit asks the court to declare that a spouse, or other agent, may obtain a valid Power of Attorney from another citizen that allows the agent to act for the citizen in lawsuits, court, and all related matters.

William M. Windsor was a guest on a radio talk show on Thursday, May 12, 2011. Following the radio show, Windsor was contacted by a known, reliable source who informed him that the U.S. government may be targeting Windsor for assassination.
The report comes from a prisoner through his wife. Windsor has been told that the prisoner was approached by government officials from the FBI and Department of Homeland Security offering the man a deal. That deal was for him to infiltrate efforts of people, including specifically by name – William M. Windsor. Assassination of Windsor and at least one other named individual was mentioned.
Ladies and gentlemen, I know this sounds like something out of a movie…but I absolutely trust the source. The source spoke with the wife of the government prisoner.
The two people named have asked if the prisoner will execute (scratch that word, let’s make it sign) — will he sign an affidavit telling what he was told.
I don’t own a gun. I won’t buy one.
I will update this story as I get more news.
The people with guns are the police. Cobb County Police. I am giving them the report now.
I have received word from a local FBI Agent. He has my phone numbers to call me back.
I need to go down to the Fulton County Courthouse tomorrow at 3 pm to the Clerk’s Office — any brave soul want to meet me there as a witness?
I am naive enough still to think this is probably not true. BUT I will assure you that the radio talk show host who called me to tell me is someone very reliable — not a person to communicate something like this unless he believed his source to have sounded legitimate.
As I understand the story, a woman received an email from a radio show she has listened to that announced I would be on the show today. The woman thought my name sounded familiar. She thought she had heard it from her husband, who is currently in a federal prison. She was able to speak with him, and he confirmed that my name and one other were communicated to him by two government officials. I recall that one was with the Department of Homeland Security. I’m not sure (was in a little shock, I guess), but I believe the other was FBI. That makes me a little cautious about meeting with the local FBI agent, but I will.
The discussion was about a “deal” for the man if he would infiltrate one or more groups. That was when I was discussed. Knocking me off came up a while later.
This all took place in a state far far away. I’m not going to disclose the state because if this is true, that would tell the bad guys (the government) who might have spilled the beans.
Lots going on. Police, FBI, and lots of LawlessAmerica friends emailing with support and ideas. I sincerely appreciate all of the advice.
Private Attorney General Paul Andrew Mitchell recommended that I ask the federal court to issue a protective order for me as a federal witness. I will pursue that tomorrow! This will be interesting because the judge I will seek this from is one of the judges I am trying to get sent to prison for the rest of his natural born life. Won’t it be interesting if he denies my petition?!
I want to get the news out on this as I feel that the more people who know, the safer I will be. PR Newswire had a surprising response; they don’t know if they are willing to send it out as a press release. I wonder what they are afraid of.

Nothing new to report this morning other than Judge William S. Duffey received my Petition for Government Protection this morning at 9:00 am.
My wife is extremely upset!!!
I don’t FEEL all that shook up, but I drove down to file documents at the U.S. Courthouse, and as I started to leave my car, I reached into my pocket for the obligatory driver’s license required for entrance, and I had no license, credit card, or money. I had to come home. I’ve NEVER done that before.
The FBI Agent, one who deal with Top Secret cases only, is meeting with me on Monday. We spoke briefly today, and he sounds GREAT! He was very concerned and anxious to speak with me. Thanks to Jenny for making this important introduction!
My wife is planning to leave town for a few days until things calm down.
I doubt that there will be much news until Monday. Judge Duffey has not responded on my Petition for Protection.
I am sending letters by fax (so I can prove they receive them) to the Cobb County Georgia District Attorney, the Fulton County Georgia District Attorney, both police departments, and several members of the Georgia legislature and U.S. Congress. I believe the more people who know about this, the safer I will be, and the greater the chances someone somewhere might actually do something.

I saw the movie Casino Jack last night. If you haven’t seen it, rent it. It does a great job of showing government corruption at its blatant best.
I’m still alive. Quiet day. I was able to get a lot of legal work done today. Tomorrow will be interesting as I will be going to the U.S. Courthouse with a bodyguard, and I will be meeting with the FBI and the police. I have received a voice mail from someone who says she has more information about this.

I spoke with the FBI Agent again today. I will meet with two agents on Wednesday, if the second agent is available. We are discussing both the alleged threat and the criminal violations of 11 federal judges in Fulton County Georgia.
I received a call this afternoon from the radio talk show host who originally communicated the death threat to me. He says the woman recanted her story somewhat when he asked her for an affidavit. She is know saying that her husband said “Those are the kind of people they are targeting…” Originally, she told him my name as a radio guest and said her husband said that I was “one of the people they are targeting….”
Okay, so now what do I believe — Story #1 or Story #2? Did she get it wrong, or did he decide he didn’t want to have a roadmap out there to him as the one who spilled the beans?

Judge William S. Duffey of the United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of Georgia has accused William M. Windsor of the crime of forgery.
The accusation was made in an order issued on May 4, 2011 — just days after Judge Duffey received notice that the Fulton County Grand Jury would be reviewing Windsor’s criminal charges against Judge Duffey. Hmmm….
The penalty for forgery in Georgia is 1 to 10 years in prison…

On Friday, May 6, 2011 at 9:00 am, a courier hand-delivered a letter to the Fulton County District Attorney, the receptionist guard dog at the front of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, and each of the 23 members of the Fulton County Grand Jury that was then in session. The purpose of this was to bypass the people who block access to the Grand Jury.

Every day, I receive as many as 100 reports of police abuse, brutality, and corruption. This is a disease that must also be addressed in the same manner that we are attacking judicial corruption. We need to be able to take complaints against the police to grand juries for independent investigation.
I received a series of threats by email tonight from a cop bully threatening me with bodily harm for reporting about police abuse in our country. So, I will triple my efforts!
