Arkansas Division 2 District Judge Ralph Ohm accused of judicial misconduct for steering drug and alcohol offenders to a program run by his church

The Arkansas Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission cleared Division 2 District Judge Ralph Ohm of judicial misconduct for steering misdemeanor drug and alcohol offenders to a faith-based program sponsored in part by his church.

This was announced March 25, 2011.

Federal Appellate Judges asked to Sign Honesty Contract with the Citizens of the United States

One aspect of our proposed plan for dealing with government and judicial corruption is to ask all elected and appointed government officials and all political candidates to sign an Honesty Contract with the Citizens of the United States of America.
