On May 20, 2011, William M. Windsor filed a Racketeering and Corrupt Organization lawsuit (RICO) against seven Federal Judges and nine Judicial Employees.

Federal judges and court employees have been accused of committing a host of crimes while working together to protect two judges from indictment and impeachment.

Fulton County Georgia Superior Court Case No. 2011CV200971 has been assigned to Chief Judge Cynthia Wright.

Windsor seeks Important Precedent for All Pro Se Parties

William M. Windsor has filed a Declaratory Judgment Lawsuit in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia.

The lawsuit asks the court to declare that a spouse, or other agent, may obtain a valid Power of Attorney from another citizen that allows the agent to act for the citizen in lawsuits, court, and all related matters.

This may establish an important precedent….

The Office of the Clerk of the Court of the Northern District of Georgia is corrupt.  In my opinion, the Clerk’s Office and some (possibly all) of the federal judges operate like organized crime.  They are racketeers.

I went to the Clerk’s Office today to get my own records.

New Mexico Judge indicted on Four Counts of Bribery

Judge Mike Murphy with the Las Cruces New Mexico Third Judicial District Court was indicted on May 13, 2011 on four felony counts of bribery.

The charges included the following third-degree felonies: demanding or receiving a bribe; bribery of a public officer or employee; bribing, intimidating or retaliating against a witness.

The fourth charge was a fourth-degree felony for criminal solicitation.

Windsor accused of Forgery by Federal Judge William S. Duffey

Judge William S. Duffey of the United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of Georgia has accused William M. Windsor of the crime of forgery. 

The accusation was made in an order issued on May 4, 2011 — just days after Judge Duffey received notice that the Fulton County Grand Jury would be reviewing Windsor’s criminal charges against Judge Duffey.  Hmmm….

The penalty for forgery in Georgia is 1 to 10 years in prison

New Book tells how Lies, Perjury derail U.S. Justice System

James B. Stewart is promoting his newest book on some of the most famous, or infamous perjury cases in modern America.

The title tells half the story: “Tangled Webs — How False Statements are Undermining America: From Martha Stewart to Bernie Madoff.”

In addition, the book looks at the cases of Barry Bonds and I. Lewis “Scooter” Libby.

Former Spartanburg County South Carolina Magistrate sent to Federal Prison for Drug Scam

A former Spartanburg County magistrate has been sentenced to a year and a half in federal prison for his role in a drug scandal that also involved a former clerk of court.

Authorities said John Truman Poole, Jr. was sentenced on April 19, 2011 on a charge of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine. He had previously pleaded guilty.
