On Thursday, April 5, 2012 at 10 pm Eastern Time, Bill Windsor conducted a seminar on how to use a grand jury in battles against corrupt government and judicial personnel — judges, clerks of the court, attorneys, and government officials and employees of all types.
This is the issue that I am asked more about than anything else. With a grand jury, you will be asking them to find people guilty of crimes that will put them in prison.
It is important for those involved in court to understand what fraud upon the court is so you can realize when it is happening to you.
Fraud upon the court is important because orders and judgments may be set aside at any time when fraud upon the court is proven. I have seen cases where as many as 60 years later, a judgment was set aside.
The good news is that the rules and case law provide a way to get relief from wrongdoing. The bad news is that it requires a judge to make a finding of fraud, and my experience is that the judges are all guilty, but their fellow judges will cover for them.

America, we have a lot of problems.
Our best hope of fixing some of our problems now is at the state level. So, we are drafting proposed state legislation to deal with dishonesty and corruption with judges and other government officials.
