Government Plot against Windsor becomes Backdrop for Music Video

On May 12, 2011, a federal prisoner allegedly reported that he had been approached by government agents with a plot to assassinate government corruption activist, William M. Windsor.

The story has been ignored by the lamestream media, but it has been carried on over 2,000.000 websites and counting.

Now there’s a music video that uses the report of the plot as a backdrop….

Police Officer molested at least Five Children at School

The mother of a sixth grader at Horace Mann Middle School said her son was fondled by a Colorado Springs police officer during supposed ringworm examinations last fall.

The student is one of five children whom the Colorado Springs Police Department suspect were inappropriately touched by Joshua Carrier, a seven-year veteran of the force who was jailed May 19, 2011 on suspicion of sexual assault

Racketeering and Corrupt Organization Lawsuit filed against 7 Federal Judges and 9 Judicial Employees

On May 20, 2011, William M. Windsor filed a Racketeering and Corrupt Organization lawsuit (RICO) against seven Federal Judges and nine Judicial Employees.

Federal judges and court employees have been accused of committing a host of crimes while working together to protect two judges from indictment and impeachment.

Fulton County Georgia Superior Court Case No. 2011CV200971 has been assigned to Chief Judge Cynthia Wright.

U.S. Congressman gets 13 years on Corruption Conviction

Former U.S. Rep. William Jefferson was sentenced on May 20, 2011 to 13 years in prison followed by three years of supervised release for his conviction on 11 counts of corruption.

Jefferson was also ordered to forfeit more than $470,000 after his conviction for using his office to solicit bribes.

He will also have to pay $1,100 in special assessments.  It is unclear whether the payment must be made in frozen bills….

Windsor seeks Important Precedent for All Pro Se Parties

William M. Windsor has filed a Declaratory Judgment Lawsuit in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia.

The lawsuit asks the court to declare that a spouse, or other agent, may obtain a valid Power of Attorney from another citizen that allows the agent to act for the citizen in lawsuits, court, and all related matters.

This may establish an important precedent….

The Office of the Clerk of the Court of the Northern District of Georgia is corrupt.  In my opinion, the Clerk’s Office and some (possibly all) of the federal judges operate like organized crime.  They are racketeers.

I went to the Clerk’s Office today to get my own records.

Tulsa Oklahoma Police Scandal — 11 Named – 32 People Freed from Prison

During a history spanning more than 100 years, the Tulsa Police Department has experienced several scandals, including a current corruption probe that may surpass an epic police scandal from 50 years ago.

Thus far, the names of 11 Tulsa police officers have surfaced in the federal probe, while 32 individuals have been freed from prison or had felony charges dismissed or prison sentences reduced as part of a grand jury investigation that became public in November 2009.

New Mexico Judge indicted on Four Counts of Bribery

Judge Mike Murphy with the Las Cruces New Mexico Third Judicial District Court was indicted on May 13, 2011 on four felony counts of bribery.

The charges included the following third-degree felonies: demanding or receiving a bribe; bribery of a public officer or employee; bribing, intimidating or retaliating against a witness.

The fourth charge was a fourth-degree felony for criminal solicitation.

Windsor seeks Government Protection from U.S. Marshals

Following a report of a government plot against William M. Windsor, he has filed a Motion seeking Government Protection by the U.S. Marshal Service.

The request has been submitted to Judge William S. Duffey, one of the federal judges against whom Windsor has filed criminal charges.
