California Superior Court Judges Served with Demand to Disqualify All Judges

California Superior Court Judges have been served with a demand to disqualify all judges for conflicts with financial institutions.

On October 11, 2011, the Trustees of The People’s Republic Trust of the State of California, accompanied by the Trustees of the National Public Trust 1776, duly disqualified all of the judges of the state of California from hearing any cases involving banks, bank instruments and bank collections due to the corruption of The People’s public officers by banks in order to validate their fraud.

Federal Courts Do Not Issue Valid Orders — Check the Orders in Your Case

One of the many ways that federal judges routinely violate the law is by issuing “orders” that appear to be court orders, but they are merely invalid pieces of paper.

 28 U.S.C. § 1691 requires that all orders must be signed and issued under seal.

In my experience, federal courts rarely issue legal orders….

Have Judge Jerry W. Baxter and his staff been caught red-handed altering the Windsor Hearing Transcript?

A Kangaroo Court hearing was held October 7, 2011 in the courtroom of Fulton County Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter.

On October 26, 2011, I received the Transcript from court reporter Evelyn D. Parker.

But the Transcript does not match my recollection of what happened at the Hearing….

Corrupt Federal Judge Thomas W. Thrash dismisses Windsor Declaratory Judgment Action

Judge Thomas W. Thrash has dismissed William M. Windsor’s Declaratory Judgment Action that asked a Georgia state court to clarify what the state’s power of attorney statute means.

Judge Thrash, perhaps the biggest criminal in the ranks of the many corrupt federal judges in Georgia, dismissed the case while committing crimes left and right, violating numerous rules of civil procedure, ignoring the Code of Judicial Conduct, and obliterating Windsor’s alleged rights under the Constitution and Bill of Rights….
