The Broward Palm Beach New Times put out the call for people they missed in their roundup of 2011’s most devilish people, and they were informed of one overlooked former judge who certainly qualifies — Judge Victor Tobin.

I reported earlier this week that Georgia State Judge Micheal Mahili refused the motion to dismiss a lawsuit that would require Barack Obama to prove he is eligible to run for the Office of President of the United States.
President Obama’s lawyers filed a motion that would keep him from presenting proof of his eligibility to be President of the United States. That motion was denied.

This has been timed to mark the second anniversary of the infamous Citizens United v. FEC decision!
Occupy the Courts will be a one day occupation of Federal courthouses across the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C., on Friday January 20, 2012.

Happy New Year!

After a very encouraging initial response to the personal emails that I sent individually to leaders and shakers in the fight against judicial corruption and government corruption, the response just stopped.
It is so frustrating becausse I know there are ways for us to accomplish something meaningful in this battle, but it will take a team to make it happen….
