William M. Windsor is set to begin protesting at the Fulton County Georgia Courthouse the morning of Friday, September 2, 2011.

The address is 136 Pryor Street, and anyone interested in participating is invited to join.

The protest will be delayed if Windsor is arrested first….

Judicial and Government Corruption Meeting Scheduled for Atlanta – July 15, 2011

On July 15, 2011, a meeting of folks concerned with government and judicial corruptuion will be held in Atlanta, Georgia.

The festivities will begin at 10:00 am in Courtoom 1705 of the Richard B. Russell Federal Building in Atlanta.

William M. Windsor will host the meeting unless he is sent to jail by corrupt Judge William S. Duffey…

Judge has refused to lower $500,000 Bond of former Saline County Chief Sheriff’s Deputy accused of Sexual Misconduct with a Harrisburg Illinois Teenager

A southern Illinois judge has refused to lower the $500,000 bond of Todd Fort, a former Saline County chief sheriff’s deputy, accused of sexual misconduct with a Harrisburg teenager.

Todd Fort’s request for the bond reduction was denied on April 20, 2011.  

Fort is to stand trial May 4, 2011 on charges largely accusing him of sexual assault and criminal misconduct with the teenage girl, now 18, last year.

Two Russell County, Alabama Sheriff’s Detectives Indicted for Assaulting a Man in Custody

The Justice Department announced today the arrest of Russell County Alabama Sheriff’s Office Detectives Kirby Dollar, 37, and Timothy Watford, 42.  

A federal grand jury in Montgomery, Alabama returned an indictment on March 22, 2011, charging Dollar and Watford with civil rights offenses related to their assault of a man in custody on Nov. 26, 2010.

Former Alabama Mayor Pleads Guilty to Filing False Tax Return – Caught Embezzling from City Two Years Before

John Jackson, the former mayor of White Hall, Alabama pleaded guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Susan Walker in U.S. District Court in Montgomery, Ala., to one count of filing a false tax return, the Justice Department and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) announced on March 11, 2011.

According to the court documents, Jackson admitted filing a false joint 2004 U.S. Individual Income Tax Return, Form 1040, that did not report all of the total income earned by Jackson and his spouse.
