Windsor to be ARRESTED if he speaks to a Grand Juror

police-handcuffs-070323a0062-200w

On Friday, July 22, 2011, William M. Windsor spent the day outside the room where the Fulton County Grand Jury meets.

It was an action-packed day highlighted by a swarm of Fulton County Sheriff’s Deputies and the warning that if I uttered a word to any Grand Juror, I would be arrested….

Windsor BANNED from Mailing Letters to Judicial Corruption Witnesses by Defendant Judge

trip-2003-07-17-nd-medora-flag-stamp-cropped-200w

Ah yes the land of the free….  It’s a Fig Newton of our imaginations.

The latest in the Saga of William M. Windsor is that on July 22, 2011, Judge Thomas Woodrow Thrash, a defendant in RICO Actions filed by me, issued an order denying my right to use the U.S. Postal Service to mail letters to witnesses, his co-Defendants, or anyone who may have evidence of the corruption.

This is a gross violation of the First Amendment rights to free speech as well as a violation of a criminal statute.

Open Letter to Federal Judicial Employees

mail-andresr15446-200w

I have filed legal actions, including racketeering charges, against 59 federal judges, employees of the Clerk of the Court, and judicial staff members.

I have also succeeded in putting criminal charges in the hands of a Grand Jury.

There have to be MANY employees in federal courthouses all across America who are well aware of wrongdoing by federal judges and the Clerks’ office.  It is time for you to tell what you know because you don’t want to lose your federal judiciary job and get a new one making license plates….

Windsor joins “Select” Group of Citizens denied the right to file Lawsuits

riches-jonathan-lee

Some interesting characters have been denied the right to file lawsuits.

Jonathan Lee Riches (shown here) even has his own Wikipedia page.

The one thing we don’t have in common is that they sued Elvis, fast food restaurants, jewish people, and assorted celebrities with fanciful claims.  I’m just suing the criminals who have seized our federal court system….

Windsor Banned from Filing a Lawsuit Anywhere in America

thrash-thomas

William M. Windsor has been BANNED from filing any lawsuit anywhere in America.

Pictures don’t usually do people “justice,” but so-called judge Thomas Woodrow Thrash actually looks like this.  Permanent menacing frown!

Mr. Thrash issued his decision at about 2:30 pm on July 15, 2011.  Before he could issue a formal order, I had an appeal prepared, and I went and filed it before he could….

Federal Judge orders that Parties No Longer have Constitutional Rights to Due Process

thrash-thomas

On July 7, 2011, federal Judge Thomas Woodrow Thrash declared that parties in civil litigation in federal court no longer have any Constitutional rights to due process.

Thrash (aka The Thrasher) issued multiple orders denying the rights of a litigant to pursue his legal claims in court, file motions, call witnesses to give testimony, and much more.

The Thrasher has done this so he and his fellow federal judges have an illegal means to shield themselves from prosecution, indictment, arrest, conviction, imprisonment, disgrace, and impeachment….

Double Your Pleasure…Double Your Fun…with Two (2) Hearings trying to get Windsor…instead of Just One!

That’s right folks.  Judge William S. Duffey (aka Dishonest Duffey) scheduled a hearing for 10:00 am on July 15, 2011.

Now Judge Thomas Woodrow Thrash (aka The Thrasher”) scheduled one for 2:00 pm on July 15….

Criminal Charges filed against Federal Judges and Clerks in Atlanta

jail-man-cartoon-hands_010846-1500000-192w

On July 6, 2011, I filed criminal charges against federal judges and judicial employees in Atlanta, Georgia.

After a wild goose chase of telephone calls, I finally reached a Duty Agent with the FBI.

My report has been filed and has been referred to the Public Corruption Unit.

Windsor succeeds in establishing Federal Precedent Vital to Pro Se Parties

female-judge-dreamstime_7466418-200h

William M. Windsor has succeeded in establishing a federal court precedent that is vital to every pro se party.

On July 1, 2011, United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of Georgia issued three (3) orders recognizing that a pro se party has the right to sign his or her own 28 U.S.C. 144 Certificate when filing a motion to recuse a federal judge.

This is important because the many corrupt federal judges use the argument that a pro se partry can’t file a motion to disqualify under 28 U.S.C. 144 because they aren’t an attorney and can’t file the 28 U.S.C. 144 Certificate by an attorney that the motion was filed in good faith.
