Judge Michael Malihi has ordered President Obama to submit proof to the court concerning his eligibility to be President of the United States.
President Obama’s attorney had submitted a “Motion To Quash Subpoenas” to the Georgia court.
On January 20, 2012, Judge Michael Malihi denied that motion and thereby ordered Obama to honor the subpoena which will require him to produce evidence that he is eligible to serve as President and to present himself on the court date shown below.
The hearing will be January 26, 2012, at 230 Peachtree Street N.W., Suite 850 in Atlanta — Courtroom 1. NOTE: This is a change from two previous location announcements.
What does this mean?
To me, this is not a pro-Obama or anti-Obama situation. To me, this is potentially the case of the most significant dishonesty and corruption by an elected official in the history of the United States. If that is the case, this should shine a bright light on the extent of the government corruption in America. If you are pro-Obama, please don’t get mad at me for supporting this story. If Obama is qualified, and if he signs a pledge to be honest and return our rights under the Constitution and Bill of Rights, I’ll vote for Obama if no other major candidate signs the Contract with the Citizens of the United States.
Will Obama actually show up in court with all his papers, microfilm from Hawaii, proof of Social Security number, proof legal name changes and Selective Service information? Most likely he will not show but the result of that will be the removal of his name from the primary ballot and for the general election in November.
Ms. Orly Taitz is the attorney and “birther” who has made this happen. Orly has been threatened, maligned, fined and intimidated by crony liberal judges for over three years in her battle to save the Constitution of her beloved adopted country. She has filed lawsuit after lawsuit in state and federal courts from Hawaii to Georgia, all at her own expense and time. In every case, not only did crooked judges throw out the suits, not based upon fact or a legal defense, but each time the courts used that same old defense called “standing” that the government always uses to keep the truth from seeing the light of day.
Now, for the first time, a case has been heard in front of a Judge that seems to care about the law, and Orly Taitz has finally come away with a big victory.
This will force either Obama or his attorney to actually produce evidence in order to be allowed on the ballot. His long-used and until now successful ploy to keep his eligibility out of court, the “no standing” rulings, seem to have run their course.
Some of Orly’s remarks:
“It has been 3 years of 24/7/365 fight. I was defamed, viciously maligned by so many Obots (Obama bots), pro-Obama media thugs, by a few corrupt officials and judges.
“It has been 3 years of total nightmare, these people were like a pack of wild dogs attacking me and coming up with each and every accusation in the book. Now I am vindicated. My legal action is with merit. We are going to trial on January 26, 2012.
I issued subpoenas. Barack Obama through his attorney Michael Jablonski filed a motion to quash my subpoena and all the other subpoenas. I was attacked yet again in this motion.
Judge Malihi just issued an order. Motion to quash my subpoena was denied. Barack Obama, President of the United States will have to appear in court on January 26 and comply with my subpoena and produce all the documents, that I demanded.
“My case will not be limited to definition of natural born based on a case Minor v Happersett. I will be also presenting a case, showing that elections fraud was committed by Barack Obama, that he is using a forged birth certificate, stolen or fraudulently obtained Social Security number and that there is no evidence to believe that the last name he is using is legally his, due to the fact, that in his mother’s passport he goes under the name Soebarkah and in his school registration in Indonesia he went by the last name Soetoro. There is no evidence of legal change of name.

I am asking my supporters to donate to this work, as I am paying for airfare and hotel of witnesses and a number of other expenses. Join William M. Windsor to Picket Outside the Court
This trial will bring international media attention to Atlanta. So, this is a prime opportunity for us to position ourselves outside the court building to spread the word that the dishonesty and corruption in government and the judiciary is a massive problem. I’ll be there at 8:00 am on Thuirsday, January 26, 2012, and I invite you to join me. Everyone in Georgia is invited to my home on Sunday night at 5 pm to make signs.
When I had my first job in sales many years ago, I was told a joke that emphasized a great strategy for sales. I won’t tell the joke as it is slightly off-color and inappropriate, but the moral to the story was: Go where the people are; find a need; satisy that need. There are a LOT of people at the courthouse. Those who aren’t judges or attorneys have a need for honesty and justice, but most will not get either. That’s their need. We will “satisfy their need” by educating them about the dishonesty and corruption and getting them to join our effort to save America.
Our group in Atlanta will begin picketing and getting signatures on petitions at the Fulton County Courthouse on Tuesday, January 31, 2012. We will be there every Tuesday with the goal of expanding to Monday through Friday at both entrances. This means we will have 44 positions to fill each month.
The goal is to let everyone going in and out of the courthouse know that something bad is going on. Many of the people who pass by will be victims (whether they know it or not), and we will be catching them at a time when they are most feeling the pain. We will get folks to sign a petition, and we will give them information on GRIP and what they can do to participate. We should also pick up a lot of additional people to protest.
