I have received several threatening communications from attorneys, spouses, and others.
Clayton W. Kent of Gravett Kent in Napa California has been especially active.
I invited Mr. Kent’s client, John Hefelbauer, to appear on camera to tell his side of the story, and I asked him to take a polygraph test as his ex, Melissa Barnett, has agreed to do. Clayton W. Kent and John Hefelbauer have said no to both…
This morning, I received notice that the videos of Melissa Barnett have been removed from YouTube for alleged “copyright violations.” This is a crime because I filmed the interview, and there is no copyright issue with anything I filmed. No copyrighted material shown, and no music used. But this illegal notice to YouTube has, for now, caused the videos to be removed.
PLEASE NOTE: Anyone who wishes to challenge what we are doing with the movie is almost certain to become a star of the movie. So bring it on.

I guess you need to explain a few things to me.
First, is the truth disparagement? It seems to me that disparagement would only be if something is false. Someone has obtained a copy of the court file and photographs for me. Iād like to ask your client about these on camera. If he isnāt guilty, then he can show Melissa Barnett to be a liar and a fraud. If your client can prove to me that Melissa has provided false information, then she will not be part of the movie. I am giving your client the opportunity to tell his story. Thatās fair, isnāt it?
Second, what order or law will I be violating when I present our movie at the Sundance Film Festival and at theaters all across America and around the world? Has the First Amendment been voided while I have been filming? I interviewed Melissa Barnett for a movie and for news coverage. She answered my questions, and she says she did so honestly. What āpossible legal actionā could your client have with me? I am not a party to any court proceedings, and I have said nothing improper; I have simply reported news ā answers to questions that I specifically posed to Melissa Barnett.
Third, what valid order are you saying that Melissa Barnett has violated? Are you saying that there is a valid order that provides that she is not allowed to speak about her ex forever? Are you saying that a gag order is valid? To the best of my knowledge, there has never been an amendment to the Constitution that would change the First Amendment, so a gag order would violate the First Amendment. Arenāt all orders by this judge void orders due to fraud upon the court and various crimes by the judge and other officers of the court involved? Was the judge bribed? Does your firm have special influence with the judge or the others involved in this matter? If what Melissa Barnett has indicated in responses to my questions are false, she would be one of the biggest liars ever to walk the face of the earth. Is that it, or is there corruption involved in this matter? Please advise.

If you truly have photographs, please send me a copy so I can discuss them with my client. As for the First Amendment protections, they do not come without qualifications. Since, by your own admission, you are an āinformation content providerā under the Communications Decency Act, you and your company are not afforded immunity from this defamatory posting. Allowing this posting to continue not only effects my client, but also his young daughter. Neither my client nor myself care about your āmovie,ā and neither my client nor myself consent to being a part thereof. Attempting to disparage my firm and the judges involved as well will not serve any legitimate purpose. I take it from your comments that you have no intent to remove this defamatory posting, and, further, that you intend to use this in your āmovie,ā despite the information you have been provided. If such is the case, then I will have no alternative but to advise my client to proceed accordingly. The Basics
Lawless America…The Movie is all about exposing the fact that we now live in Lawless America. We no longer have laws that are enforced because judges do whatever they want to do. America has also become lawless because government officials are dishonest and/or corrupt.
The movie will expose corruption in every state. The Movie will focus on victims. Corrupt judges and corrupt government officials will be exposed, and we will confront a number of the crooks.
If anyone has ever questioned the story of a person who has expressed the view that they were a victim of the government or of judges, this movie will prove that the odds are that the corruption report was true. In fact, there are probably tens of millions of victims in the United States who never realized what happened to them.
One feature length documentary movie is being produced. It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals.
In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruption. Everyone who is interviewed for the film will record a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress as well as a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and GRIP, and a recent candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives. The legislators in each state will receive the testimony from those in their state, and the members of the U.S. House and Senate will receive all of the testimony nationwide.
Over 2,000 people are already scheduled to be interviewed for the movie. We will continue to accept as many requests as possible.
The 50-state road trip is planned to take 173 days. Here is the itinerary for Lawless America…the Movie. The road trip starts in Atlanta and heads North and travels counterclockwise around the country. Upon the return to Atlanta, Bill Windsor will fly to Hawaii and Alaska and will spend one day in Olympia Washington and Portland Oregon.
All filming will be done either at the State Capitol, at a courthouse in the state capital, in a meeting room near the Capitol, or at a nearby hotel. For those who are unable to travel to the capital, you can still appear in the videos by recording your own video or by being interviewed on camera by Bill Windsor using a webcam and Skype. Webcams are available on loan to those who need one for their interview.
It is our plan that this movie can educate many, many people about the reality that America is broken. We will expose many corrupt judges and government officials. We hope to generate a lot of publicity about corruption that the mainstream media usually hides from the public.
We will deliver proposed judicial reform legislation to the governor and legislators at each state Capitol.
