Judge Jerry Baxter has been charged with Perjury, Obstruction of Justice, Misprision of Felonies, and RICO.

On September 23, William M. Windsor won approval for this lawsuit to decide the rights of Georgia citizens with Grand Juries. The Verified Complaint was filed on September 27, and Judge Baxter scheduled a hearing for October 7, 2011 at 2:30 pm in Courtroom 4D, Justice Center Tower, 185 Central Avenue SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30303….

William M. Windsor has filed a Petition for Writ of Mandamus with the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. This Petition seeks to have the Eleventh Circuit compel Judge Thomas Woodrow Thrash and the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia to cease violating the rules and the law.
I expect Judge Joel F. Dubina (shown here) and the other judges of the Eleventh Circuit to commit more crimes. Unless they break from form, they will ignore all of the wrongdoing of Judge Thomas W. Thrash…

I have been waiting patiently for Judge Kelly Amanda Lee to respond to my letter regarding the criminal acts of jury tampering and obstruction of justice by the Fulton County District Attorney, his staff, and employees of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department.
My week was consumed with preparing an appeal that is due Monday. After a mid-afternoon run to Fed Ex, I called Judge Lee’s judicial assistant, Rebecca J. Conrad. Ms. Conrad claimed she faxed a letter to me on September 6, but I did not receive a fax.
I have always been an optimist, and I was praying that first-year Judge Kelly Lee would do her legal duty. I should have known better…

A Georgia judge, Anthony Peters, who pointed a gun at himself while at the courthouse, berated his boss in a bizarre televised rant and admitted to regularly smoking marijuana was ousted from the bench for life by the state’s top court Tuesday.
The Georgia Supreme Court’s unanimous opinion barred Catoosa County Magistrate Anthony Peters from ever holding another judicial office in Georgia, concluding he has done “nothing to show that he has any ability to live up to the high standard of conduct expected of members of the judiciary in Georgia.”
While Anthony Peters appears to be a nut, what he has done is nothing compared to the crimes that many judges in Georgia commit against citizens every day….
