Windsor succeeds in establishing Federal Precedent Vital to Pro Se Parties

William M. Windsor has succeeded in establishing a federal court precedent that is vital to every pro se party.

On July 1, 2011, United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of Georgia issued three (3) orders recognizing that a pro se party has the right to sign his or her own 28 U.S.C. 144 Certificate when filing a motion to recuse a federal judge.

This is important because the many corrupt federal judges use the argument that a pro se partry can’t file a motion to disqualify under 28 U.S.C. 144 because they aren’t an attorney and can’t file the 28 U.S.C. 144 Certificate by an attorney that the motion was filed in good faith.

schwall-craig-bailed

Judge Craig L. Schwall, Sr. of the Fulton County Georgia Superior Court appears to have BAILED on William M. Windsor’s lawsuit.

It appears that the necessity that he render a decision on whether a Temporary Restraining Order will be issued against 58 federal judges and judicial and government employees pursuant to a lawsuit charging them with racketeering and corruption motivated Judge Schwall to do a disappearing act.

On June 29, 2011 just after 5:00 pm, the docket in the case shows “TRANSFER” dated June 28, 2011.

The Death of Sun Ming Sheu: A Government Sponsored Assassination?

On June 26, 2010, on a secluded street in Flushing, NY, Queens resident Sunny Sheu was found mortally wounded and taken to New York Hospital of Queens, where he died shortly after. The NY Medical Examiner determined the cause of death to be “blunt force trauma to head with skull fractures and brain injuries” and that the manner of death is “undetermined,” requiring a criminal investigation.
Two months prior, Mr. Sheu made a video stating that if he were harmed, it would be at the hands of NY State Supreme Court Judge Golia “and his men” — referring to two Queens District Attorney Detectives who had detained him and allegedly threatened his life.
