New Mexico Police Officer having Sex on Car Hood won’t be Charged

He’s in uniform and apparently on duty. But New Mexico State Police said the officer caught on camera having sex with a woman on the hood of a car did not commit a crime.

Security camera photographs of the encounter at the remote county-owned Canyon Ranch near Santa Fe, N.M., surfaced several weeks ago.

The images were initially sent to state police by the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Department and an internal investigation was started.

Windsor forcibly removed from Fulton County Courthouse and charged with Criminal Trespassing

William M. Windsor was forcibly removed from the Fulton County Courthouse today and was charged with criminal trespassing!

Three Fulton County Sheriff’s Deputies removed me from the public lobby outside the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office in the Fulton County government building.

I was photographed, and I will be arrested on sight if I ever return….

Police Officer molested at least Five Children at School

The mother of a sixth grader at Horace Mann Middle School said her son was fondled by a Colorado Springs police officer during supposed ringworm examinations last fall.

The student is one of five children whom the Colorado Springs Police Department suspect were inappropriately touched by Joshua Carrier, a seven-year veteran of the force who was jailed May 19, 2011 on suspicion of sexual assault

Tulsa Oklahoma Police Scandal — 11 Named – 32 People Freed from Prison

During a history spanning more than 100 years, the Tulsa Police Department has experienced several scandals, including a current corruption probe that may surpass an epic police scandal from 50 years ago.

Thus far, the names of 11 Tulsa police officers have surfaced in the federal probe, while 32 individuals have been freed from prison or had felony charges dismissed or prison sentences reduced as part of a grand jury investigation that became public in November 2009.

Police and Law Enforcement Corruption and Abuse — an Epidemic in America

Every day, I receive as many as 100 reports of police abuse, brutality, and corruption. This is a disease that must also be addressed in the same manner that we are attacking judicial corruption. We need to be able to take complaints against the police to grand juries for independent investigation.

I received a series of threats by email tonight from a cop bully threatening me with bodily harm for reporting about police abuse in our country. So, I will triple my efforts!

Atlanta Georgia Police Officer Brutally beats Woman at International House of Pancakes

A scuffle between an Atlanta police officer and a female customer at an IHOP restaurant in Atlanta Georgia was captured on video…much to the chagrin of the policeman.

A group of friends went to get coffee at the IHOP in the early morning hours on Easter Sunday, and a man asked them to be quiet.

The next thing you see is the man, an Atlanta Police Officer, punching a woman in the face with a clenched fist delivered with full force.

Portland Oregon Jury awards $82,000 after Woman is arrested when asking Police for a Business Card

A Multnomah County Oregon jury awarded a 33-year-old woman $82,000 Thursday, saying they wanted to send Portland police a message: Hand over a business card the next time a citizen asks for one.

Several jurors who spoke to The Oregonian after the verdict in Multnomah County Circuit Court said police werenâ€™t dealing with an urgent or dangerous situation on the evening of Feb. 13, 2009 â€” when Sheiâ€™Meka Newmann questioned what she thought was an unnecessarily rough arrest of a fellow MAX rider. It would have taken only a few seconds for an officer to hand Newmann a card, jurors said.
