Concerns Continue to Mount on U.S. Biological Weapons Violations

The Center for Disease Control has declined to confirm or deny allegations that the United States government is stockpiling biological and/or chemical weapons at Sierra Army Depot, a military base in Northern California.

According to Ron Davenport, who was a biomedical engineer who worked at the medical clinic at Sierra Army depot in the seventies, the base at one time contained a stockpile of nuclear weapons.

Davenport states that much of the base is actually underground.

Senator John Edwards to face Criminal Charges

The U.S. Department of Justice has given the thumb’s up for prosecution of ex-presidential candidate, John Edwards, for allegedly violating campaign law while attempting to cover up his affair with mistress and baby mama Rielle Hunter.

Sources close to the investigation told ABC News that the government is gearing up to indict the former North Carolina senator.

A plea deal could be reached to avoid a lengthy, expensive and highly publicized trial.

U.S. Congressman gets 13 years on Corruption Conviction

Former U.S. Rep. William Jefferson was sentenced on May 20, 2011 to 13 years in prison followed by three years of supervised release for his conviction on 11 counts of corruption.

Jefferson was also ordered to forfeit more than $470,000 after his conviction for using his office to solicit bribes.

He will also have to pay $1,100 in special assessments. It is unclear whether the payment must be made in frozen bills….

Windsor seeks Government Protection from U.S. Marshals

Following a report of a government plot against William M. Windsor, he has filed a Motion seeking Government Protection by the U.S. Marshal Service.

The request has been submitted to Judge William S. Duffey, one of the federal judges against whom Windsor has filed criminal charges.

CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Full-frontal Corruption Charge at the Fulton County District Attorney and Grand Jury — UPDATE: IT WORKED!

On Friday, May 6, 2011 at 9:00 am, a courier hand-delivered a letter to the Fulton County District Attorney, the receptionist guard dog at the front of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, and each of the 23 members of the Fulton County Grand Jury that was then in session. The purpose of this was to bypass the people who block access to the Grand Jury.

It worked! William M. Windsor has placed criminal charges against 11 federal judges into the hands of the 23 Grand Jurors. Read how it was done, and DO IT YOURSELF….

Osama bin Laden is DEAD

WASHINGTON â€“ Osama bin Laden, the mastermind behind the Sept. 11 attacks against the United States, is dead, and the U.S. is in possession of his body, a person familiar with the situation said late Sunday.

President Barack Obama was expected to address the nation on the developments Sunday night.

It was unclear where how bin Laden was killed and how the U.S. captured his body.
