On August 26, 2011, I presented criminal charges to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department against Steve Broadbent. I have also presented the charges to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. Broadbent is charged for his part in tampering with the Grand Jury.
I have accused Steven W. Broadbent of Jury Tampering in violation of O.C.G.A. 16-10-93, Obstruction of Justice, Honest Services Fraud, Making False Statements in violation of O.C.G.A. 16-10-20, Embracery in violation of O.C.G.A. 16-10-91, Conspiracy in violation of O.C.G.A. 16-4-8, Tampering with Evidence in violation of O.C.G.A. 16-10-94, and violation of the Georgia RICO Act – O.C.G.A. § 16-14-1, et. seq.
