Man on trial on criminal charges kills one and injures his daughter and others outside Texas courthouse

Bartholmew Granger, a man on trial in criminal court with family members opened fire outside a Southeast Texas courthouse on March 14, 2012, killing one person and wounding his daughter and at least two others.  The daughter had just testified against her father.

The gunman also was injured in the incident outside the Jefferson County Courthouse in Beaumont, about 80 miles east of Houston, and has been hospitalized, Beaumont Police Officer Doug Kibodeaux said.

One dead, three wounded in gunfire near Texas courthouse

BEAUMONT, Texas (AP) — A man at court with family members opened fire outside a Southeast Texas courthouse on March 14, 2012, killing one person and wounding at least three others, police said.

The gunman also was injured in the incident outside the Jefferson County Courthouse in Beaumont, about 80 miles east of Houston, and has been hospitalized, Beaumont Police Officer Doug Kibodeaux said.

Candidate for U.S. House of Representatives begins conducting hearings into judicial corruption and government corruption in all 50 States and the District of Columbia.  Please participate!

William M. Windsor is filming a movie about judicial corruption and government corruption.  The movie will be filmed in all 50 states and DC.  As part of the filming, each corruption victim will record a three-minute testimony.

The testimony from the victims in ecah state will be provided to every member of the state legislature, and all of the testimony nationwide will be provided to the U.S. House and Senate.

Lawless America…The Movie – Update on Filming Schedule — Please be in The Movie!

LAWLESS AMERICA…THE MOVIE is coming together … slower than hoped, but it is coming together.

Filming has begun in Atlanta, Georgia, but the roadtrip will be delayed until those who will be interviewed have sent the necessary background information to us.

Criminal Penalties for Public Corruption / Violations of State Ethics Laws – Statutes listed by State

Judges have NO IMMUNITY for their criminal acts.  And I believe most judges commit criminal acts on a regular basis. 

So, in your battle against judicial corruption and government corruption, review your state’s statutes for the criminal penalties for public corruption and violations of state ethics laws.

Pennsylvania Judge Willis Berry charged with Corruption

THE PHRASES I most often hear regarding Pennsylvania politics are “Ya just gotta wonder” and “You can’t make this stuff up.”

Elicitors of these phrases keep coming: from the parade of former leaders packed off to prison, to the carnival of current leaders wrestling each other and the courts over legislative maps.

But behind high-profile vice and ineptness are examples of structural flaws.
