This is Melanie White, Mel Mel, or Yappy, or at least what I believe she may currently look like. I believe she’s all puckered up because she knows she is about to be found liable for tens of millions of dollars in my defamation action against her. I don’t know Melanie White aka Mel Mel aka Yappy, but she has defamed me hundreds (perhaps thousands) of times.
If you haven’t been keeping up with Lawless America and me , you may be surprised to learn that a gang of cyberstalkers has viciously defamed William M. Windsor with thousands of false and defamtory statements online.
Melanie White has published over 3,000 comments on Joeyisalittlekid in just a little over a year using her many aliases. She has probably also published as “anonymous.”
Let this serve as a Cease and Desist notice to all my cyberstalkers as well as a Correction and Retraction Request.
Melanie White is believed to use the screen name “Yappy” and the Facebook name “Mel Mel.” Melanie White-Yappy used to be an active member of the JOEYISALITTLEKID club and a publisher of comments designed to generate more comments from others.
Through March 2014, there were over 320 articles filling over 7,000 pages on Joeyisalittlekid.blogspot.com, written by about 700 screen names, 99% of which are aliases or anonymous.
On April 15, 2013 at 10:32 pm, an anonymous person using the screen name “Yappy” published this about me on the Joeyisalittlekid website: “Professionals and many other good people from all walks of life were also taken in by Windsor’s scams because HE is so good at the con. … If we’re able to ‘save’ one person from further heartache and pain against the pure evil Windsor is, that’s better than none.” This is false and defamatory. I’ve never conned anyone about anything, have never had a scam, and there is nothing evil about me.
On August 17, 2013 at 12:14 pm, an anonymous person using the screen name “Yappy” published this about me on the Joeyisalittlekid website: “…he’s a scam artist & sociopath. Chances are very high Trish was one of those people, putting all her egg’s in Bill’s basket. In my opinion, Windsor definitely played a part, big or small, in contributing to her decision to take her life. This is false and defamatory, among other things. Upon information and belief, Yappy is Melanie White. I’ve never scammed anyone. I am not a sociopath, and I had nothing whatsoevere to do with the alleged suicide of my friend Trish. Melanie White – Yappy – Mel Mel and her friends are, I believe, sick sick people who either do this because they are simply crazy, or because someone pays them to do it and they are crazy enough to do it.
Melanie White – Yappy published at least 3,000 other statements on the Joeyisalittlekid website, many of which are much worse than these two little examples.
Here are the published statements of Melanie White – Yappy on the Joeyisalittlekid website. Statements by “Yappy” are false and defamatory, and the mere publishing of the statements constitutes cyberstalking as Melanie White – Yappy – Mel Mel has been asked to cease and desist many, many times. I have previously demanded, and demand again, an itemized correction and retraction request to each statement. These had to be published in full on the Joeyisalittlekid website and everwyhere online that those articles, comments, and links appear, but nothing was corrected or retracted.
I have sued Melanie White in Windsor v. Joeyisalittlekid, et al, and I will be asking the court for a psychiatric evaluation of Melanie White – Yappy – Mel Mel. I don’t believe anyone in their right mind could do what this thing has done. As a member of the unprecedented case of defamation and conspiracy by this sleazy group of people, Melanie White – Yappy – Mel Mel and all of her co-conspirators should each be found jointly and severally liable for the total amount of damages awarded by the jury. I anticipate that this could be one of the largest defamation awards ever — certainly well in excess of $10 million.
Of the sleazy, slimy, lying, slandering, libeling, defaming gang of criminals involved in cyberstalking me, it’s hard for me to pick one who I believe is the sleaziest and slimiest, but Melanie White – Yappy – Mel Mel might win that distinction. Lorraine Tipton and Claudine Dombrowski are two miserable excuses for human beings who I believe are simply evil. But Melanie White – Yappy – Mel Mel is a slimeball extraordinaire. Come to think of it, all of them are, but she still sticks out in my mind as the lowest of the lowlife, the slimiest of the slimy, the sickest of the sick.
To those who have published false and/or defamatory information about me: CEASE AND DESIST. Correct and make a retraction of all of the false and/or defamatory information. If you don’t have absolute proof that your published statements are true, then issue a correction and retraction. The correction and retraction must include the following: (1) Give your legal name, address, and contact information. (2) List each false and/or defamatory statement with a specific statements that it is false and a retraction. So, if 3,000 false and defamatory statements have been made, 3,000 separate corrections and retractions must be published. (3) Publish this on Joeyisalittlekid’s website, and it must also appear on each and every website where the false and/or defamtory information has been spread on the Internet. So, if the information has spread to 1,500,000 web pages, the correction and retraction must appear on all 1,500,000. (4) Email me at nobodies@att.net with the links to each and every published correction and retraction; put this in all caps in the subject line: CORRECTION AND RETRACTION.
There are hundreds of screen names who have published false and/or defamatory information on joeyisalittlekid.BlogSpot.com. I ask whoever is the owner/operator of that site to publish this article on that site so all of the people who frequent that site know the truth and know of this demand for correction and retraction. It is impossible for me to list each specific false and/or defamatory statement as yet because there are approximately 40,000 published statements, and there are thousands, if not tens of thousands, of false and/or defamatory statements or support for such statements, and I have not yet been able to read everything.
I have thus far been unable to get a Texas court to enjoin these folks and force them to take down all the defamatory material. Until that is done, I feel I have no choice but to deny all the defamation here.
