Crystal Cox has been kind enough to work for many days preparing a chronology of what has happened to her with Sean Boushie. This is Part 2 of a 4-Part article...
Bill Windsor doesn’t know Sean Boushie. Sean Boushie began his attacks on William M. Windsor because of his hatred for Crystal Cox.
Crystal Cox was filmed for Lawless America…The Movie, so this made Bill Windsor a target for Sean Boushie and his Joeyisalittlekid Gang
The Missoula Police Department and Missoula County Attorney’s Office want to say that it is Crystal Cox who has pretended to be Sean Boushie. Horse manure. Crystal Cox has well-documented Sean Boushie’s abuse of her. She has traced much of it to computers at the University of Montana. And she went through much of the same stuff that Bill Windsor has gone through — five years before.
Here is Part 2 of the 4-Part chronology of Crystal Cox in a sworn affidavit that she has provided to Bill Windsor and the Missoula County Attorney’s Office:
22. On August 20th, 2009, I met Michael Spreadbury in person when I went to Hamilton Montana to film a Denny Rehberg town hall meeting.
Denny Rehberg, at that time was the U.S. Representative for Montana’s at-large congressional district Rehberg, he was formerly the Lieutenant Governor of Montana and was the Republican nominee for the United States Senate in 1996 and 2012.
I was very outspoken about his discrimination against Native Americans in Montana, his boat accident while drinking on Flathead Lake and the Kalispell Montana hospitial covering it up, and more regarding what I alleged was corruption within the role of then U.S. Representative Denny Rehberg.
Denny Rehberg had voted against the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2007, a bill that amends the Federal definition of a hate crime to include gender identity and sexual orientation. The bill passed, In the Dec. 26, 1994, issue of Newsweek, p. 83, then Lt. Governor Rehberg was quoted as saying “The problem with AIDS is: you got it, you die. So why are we spending money on the issue?,” when discussing cuts to the state’s hospital budget.
Denny Rehberg is now with a Washington D.C lobby firm, Mercury/Clark & Weinstock as a co-chairman. Rehberg served 12 years in the House and was most recently chairman of the House Appropriations Labor, Health and Human Services and Education subcommittee.
Michael Spreadbury and myself met with Denny Rehberg on that day, before I knew of his support of hate crimes, and his in favor of discrimination and civil rights violations. We discussed the corruption in Hamilton and the issue of NIH in Hamilton not being safe for citizens. I discussed with him my lack of protection over a death threat and my reporting on corruption. We also discussed the massive issue of rapes in Montana I had been reporting on that were not being investigated by local cops and in fact some of the cops were involved. He did nothing in regard to these issues.
23. On August 21st, 2009, I went to Hamilton, Ravalli County Montana to attempt to seek a protective order, as the man who sent me a death threat, Sean Boushie lived in Stevensville Montana. I spoke with Judge Haynes office and was told that I did have a right to a protective order. I went down and got the paperwork, filed it out and came back to the court and by that time Judge Haynes had changed his mind and DENIED my order.

The Denial Exhibit 2 Stated; “The TOP is denied, failed to qualify” Judge Haynes then states Montana Code, MCA 40-15-301 and says, “A Court may issue a TOP upon receipt of a Sworn Petition, that petitioner is in apprehension of bodily injury from the petitioners partner or family member.
Or 2, petitioner is a victim of 40-15-102 committed by a partner or family member or 40-15-102 , petitioner is a victim of a criminal offense listed in 2(b). Assault, Stalking, aggregated assault, sexual assault.
Petitioner Cox never alleges that Respondent is a family member, partner or former partner, and fails to qualify for a protective order”
Even though I brought evidence and clearly showed that he had threatened to kill me and was stalking me. Unless you are a victim of a crime, you can have no protection. There is no crime unless the Judge says there was a crime Clearly there had been a crime against me, but I was given no protection and no criminal charges were filed by the police that day whom I reported it to in Hamilton Montana nor Judge Haynes, who clearly knew I was in Danger.
24. On August 21, 2009, this Same Day, Hamilton police told me to contact the Missoula Police because it happened from the University of Montana and to contact the University of Montana Police, of which I had already done. 6 cops showed up when my protective order was denied. Michael Spreadbury had went with me and the cops were there to harass him.
25. On August 21, 2009, Crystal Cox interviewed with Nicholas Holthaus, Producer, Any Key Omnimedia on a documentary (Beneath the Beauty) about judicial corruption, corrupt cops, judicial over reach, violations of constitutional rights and more in Missoula Montana and Hamilton Montana. Film producer Nicholas Holthaus interviewed me, Crystal Cox about Judge Haynes Denial of me protective order from a man who threatened to kill me, Sean Boushe. This was long before Producer Bill Windsor had heard of Cox’s story about what she alleged to be corruption in Montana.

On Approx August 26-28th, I sat with the Lincoln County Recall group at the Lincoln County Fair, to get signatures, we got around 1600 signatures, however thousands of people supported us, they were deathly afraid of the retaliation by the local cops, detective sand sheriff so they could not sign.
We met former dispatch that had been threatened by police, we met ex-cops, and thousands of others with similar stories of the local judicial system.
Once the recall was a no go, we burned them all to save people’s lives, way of live and businesses and to protect them from Extreme retaliation from the Lincoln County Attorney, local politicians, commissioners and law enforcement.
28. On August 28th, 2009 Officer Maury McKinney called Stephen Mocko of Eureka Montana, as Sean Boushie had filed a complaint with him and claimed that Stephen Mocko threatened him in an eMail.
The email was sent to CrystalCoxisABitch@yahoo.com, this police report was without a doubt proof that Sean Boushie had control of the email yet he had told Judges in Ravalli and Lincoln County and the University of Montana, and Missoula Police that he did not control the email but that I had emailed myself a death threat and accused him.
Judge Robin Clute in Hamilton Montana believed him and gave him a protective order against me. Judge James Haynes refused to give me a protective order stating that Sean Boushie was not my boyfriend and therefore I had no reason, under Montana Law for a Protective Order. (As seen in Exhibits)
Sean Boushie continued to threaten me, blog about me, taunt me and to contact all friends, family and any potential customers or clients and to interfere with every move I made, he was protected by the protective order to stalk me, harass me and ruin my business, while I had a protective order to NOT speak his name or the University of Montana or I would be jailed.
29. On August 31, 2009, received the following communication from Detective Jamie Merifield, Missoula Police Department

30. On September 2009, I began reporting the iViewit video technology story, regarding Eliot Bernstein and the theft of his video technology invention. And the involvement of top U.S Law Firms, Companies and politicians.
31. On September 2, 2009, Judge Robin Clute of Ravalli County Justice court in Hamilton Montana granted Sean Boushie a Protective Order against me, Crystal Cox. Exhibit 4. Exhibit 4 – Page 2.
This order stopped the flow of information online regarding judicial and law enforcement corruption in Montana and violated my First Amendment Rights, as it ordered me to stop reporting on Sean Boushie or the University of Montana.
At my hearing in the case, Judge Robin Clute claimed I emailed myself the Death Threat, she made me give my SSN in open court. She let him speak over 45 minutes and stopped my defense at 10 minutes in. She said if I email Sean Boushie again there will be a warrant out for my arrest. I said I don’t control the email, so if that email emails Sean then I go to Jail, she said yes. I Shut down my blog, stopped reporting on Sean Boushie for a year and left the state for 6 months until the recall for Sheriff in Lincoln County was over as I then knew that they were out to put me in a jail cell and possible kill me for reporting on corruption Montana cops, county commissioner, judges and more from the prior 30 years.
32. On September 2nd 2009, I received the following eMail from the University of Montana Police Jim Lemcke. The IT security officer never did track the email:

34. On September 3, 2009 I received the following email from Detective Jamie Merifield. She asked Sean Boushie if he threatened to kill me, he told her he didn’t. That was the end of her investigation.

35. On September 22nd, 2009, as Shown in Exhibit 1, Bernie Cassidy, Lincoln County Montana County Attorney sent a letter to Crystal Cox’s attorney, explaining that he could not give my attorney information on Complaints numbered as follows:

Lincoln County Montana Attorney Bernie Cassidy stated that it was a confidential criminal investigation and that there was ongoing investigations, and stated that just that morning (September 22nd, 2009), that he had received another Criminal Complaint against Sean Boushie.
To this day, I have yet to be able to obtain these police filings.
36. On September 22, 2009 there was a Criminal Complaint Filed Against Sean Boushie by Stephen Mocko, regarding Sean Boushie’s Death Threat to me, Crystal Cox from the email address CrystalCoxisABitch@yahoo.com. This can be seen in Exhibit 1, attached to this sworn affidavit.
Sean Boushie had reported that he was sent an email at CrystalCoxisABitch@yahoo.com by Stephen Mocko and that he was threatened. Sean Boushie had told authorities, the Eureka police in an official police report that he had been emailed at the email CrystalCoxisABitch@yahoo.com, and that he was threatened in that email.
Sean Boushie had told Judges and Law Enforcement prior to this, that he did not have access to or control that email. Officer Maury McKinney covered up this report and the proof of Sean Boushie being a danger to me, Crystal Cox and to many more from that point on, 6 years and counting. Officer Maury McKinney is personally liable to all those Sean Boushie harmed from that point in time, as well is the Eureka Police Department and Lincoln County Montana.
This complaint was regarding Sean Boushie emailing Stephen Mocko from the same email he told the courts that he had no access to and the same email that sent me, Crystal Cox a Death Threat on August 6th, 2009. I contacted Officer Maury McKinney to make sure he understood the importance to me and ask for the report. He denied me the report. Denied me protection from Sean Boushie and denied me the clear evidence that proved that Sean Boushie controlled the email that threatened to kill me.
The eMail and report is seen in Exhibit 1 , Page 13 attached.
Officer Maury McKinney violated the due process rights and civil rights of Crystal Cox, me. And he put me in danger, and due to not upholding his oath, he put others, in future danger such as Bill Windsor of Lawless America and Mary Deneen, Montana Corruption Victim.
37. On September 25th, 2009, My then attorney Kai Groenke, sent a letter to Lincoln County Attorney Bernie Cassidy requesting that the information be given to me, Crystal Cox, as soon as the investigation was over,(Exhibit 1, Page 25). I never received the information, and as this letter clearly shows, I was entitled to the information in which involved me.
38. On November 20th, 2009, I received the following from the University of Montana Police, they determined that Sean Boushie was not a threat.

44. On April 30th, 2010, Sean Boushie started a Hate Blog against me, Crystal Cox, at seanmboushie.blogspot.com as seen in Exhibit 5. The blog is full of hate, threats on a defendant in a Federal Case, slander, criminal defamation, conspiring with others, hate crimes, and more.
45. On APRIL 30, 2010, Sean Boushie posted;

From facebook, “Crystal Cox is a paranoid delusional cowardly lesbian from Eureka Montana that hates the world and everyone in it. She is a classic psychopathic personality with anti social personality disorder.
Crystal is a failure in all things in real life, so she has now made it her profession to lie, slander, defame and destroy others lives by spreading rumors and lies about people she has never even met or spoken to on the internet.
Its time she was stopped by whatever means necessary!!!!

46. On or approx. April 30th 2010 Sean Boushie conspired with Martin Cain, a man who had threatened me via voicemail and in a phone call. Threatening me not to report on Montana Senators, Representatives, County Commissioners and other Montana officials who told him they would not allow his tech company to move to Montana if he used me or Ten Lakes Realty in his real estate transaction.
47. On MAY 2, 2010, Sean Boushie posted;
“Ten Lakes Realty of Eureka Montana
Spoke to a couple folks this weekend that hate Crystal Cox also, big surprise…
Both had the same story. They were thinking of selling their houses, Cox shows up and tells them if they sign with her as their agent that she has a buyer who is wanting to purchase their house, both signed a contract with Cox as their agent. Guess what happened…? No buyer.. She lied, like she always does. In fact neither party had anyone show their house, why?? Because Cox isn’t allowed to be part of the regular association MLS system, so their houses went even part of the normal realtor’s database, because Cox isn’t even a real estate agent, she’s a rouge with a HUGE chip on her shoulder blaming everyone for her failures and mental issues.
Why are we telling you this? Well to warn you, and because she keeps slandering us. Until shedeletes all of her lies and BS about us we will keep right on telling the truth about Cox and her crazy “followers”.”
Sean Boushie had posted on several blogs and real estate sites that I was not allowed to be in the local MLS and that I was kicked out. I had a letter from the local association MLS President to prove this not true, and it was to be included in my defamation lawsuit against him, in which county attorney Bernie Cassidy blocked.
48. On MAY 4, 2010, Sean Boushie posted;

All that means is that she does not have the ability to list a house for sale into the local MLS data base, which means it aint gonna sell…
Here’s what she does… If you have any opinion that is in any way differs from hers, or if you don’t kiss her ass from beginning to end she will go to godaddy.com and buy your name and use it as a website. Or she may just use one of her or Leslie’s 4000+ insane websites. In my case she had this 10 or 12 page long email that she said I somehow sent to her. She went on and on about how only I could know the BS details of her life contained in that death threat….
Keep in mind… I’ve never even spoken to this crazy woman, ever!
She did this for two reasons, one I had a letter to the editor published opposing their silly failed Sherriff recall, and two my wife and I assisted Sherriff Daryl Anderson in his legal justification in not issuing a concealed carry permit to Paul Stramer. You see.. my wife knows all of old man
Stramer’s dirty little secrets.
She was beaten repeatedly within an inch of her life as a child, neglected and abused by the worthless POS until she packed up and walked out on her eighteenth birthday. We have been harassed by him ever since.
Enough of that, back to the real low life of this post, Crystal. Anyway, Cox, or Stramer write this long email, she sends it to everyone, including me, my employer, my supervisor, and a ton of people who don’t know me, telling everyone I wrote it.
Then she cons Stormy Langston, the corrupt local justice of the peace into issuing her a restraining order against me. Well… Not going to work, because I already got a real judge to give me an order against Cox, which she has violated at least a half dozen times already.
Why did Langston give Cox this order?? Well Cox and Turner had a site, stormylangston.com that they used to bash Stormy. The very day Stormy Langston screwed me with a frivolous restraining order the site magically disappeared… Hmmm.
I appealed the order to District court in Libby; the COWARD Cox couldn’t even have the courage to show up at the hearing. We spoke to Judge Prezeau about the situation, and he literally laughed at Langston and giggled when I told him about Cox.
Oh and her big death threat.. She’s still walking. I do things legally.
Now all her victims are organized, we are meeting in secret and we are going to make sure she is locked away in a loony bin somewhere all nice and legal. We have had enough, if you and your crazy buddies want war, so be it.

Sean Boushie told the police he got that email and he posted he got the email and still the Montana police did nothing to protect me, Crystal Cox nor the future victims of Sean Boushie such as Michael Spreadbury, Bill Windsor and Mary Deneen. They are all liable.
