Georgia Judge John C. Carbo III is charged with Corruption in Atlanta, Georgia — Clayton County Georgia

On March 2, 2010, I was brutally attacked in my home by SWAT team, police, and Sheriff’s officers from three different law enforcement agencies within Clayton County.

I was brutalized, terrorized, held repeatedly at gun point, at one point when I ran out on my outside deck to call for help, more than 25 officers that were on my front lawn pointed their guns at me simultaneously and made me lay down unclothed on my cold, wet deck.

I was tortured, photographed naked in the presence of my children, kidnapped from my home naked, and arrested.   This was a failed assassination attempt that claimed the life of my unborn child. Judge John C. Carbo, III (shown here) was involved.

My name is Shellie Youhoing-Nanan, and this is my story:

I hereby charge Judge John Carbo, III with the offenses of criminal racketeering (RICO) crimes as serious as, conspiracy, murder for hire, conspiracy to cover up/ conceal murder/ feticide, attempted murder, mail fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States from lawful function, violation of oath of office, treason, attempted murder, misprision of felony, misprision of treason, forgery, failure to prevent conspiracy, fraud upon the court, conspiracy to utilize the facility of a state mental hospital with criminal intent to murder and or inflict serious bodily harm, conspiracy to kidnap, false imprisonment, and numerous other serious crimes.

This article will explain that after the murder of my unborn child, attempted murder against my son and me, Judge John Carbo III joined the conspiracy to fraudulently frame, set me up, and prosecute me on 23 counts of fraudulent charges for a period of almost two years. My teenage son was also indicted on one court of fraudulent obstruction charge despite the fact the officers did not have a warrant to enter my home.

Investigation also reveals that a second assassination attempt was orchestrated by Judge John Carbo III, the prosecution, and other conspirators to confine me to the state of Georgia’s largest mental hospital under the fraudulent pretense that I was crazy. The plan was to kidnap me, falsely imprison me, perform mental testing upon me, trea me for mental illnesses that do not exist, and other procedures. I have never been crazy, never treated for mental illness, and no record of mental illness exists. I am a well respected and skillful investigator, the founder of the LIFA Children Foundation Project for needy children, one of the largest children’s charities in the United States.

Investigation also reveals that the office of the Attorney General of the State of Georgia (Sam Olens) was involved in this conspiracy and blocking me from subpeonaing a doctor from the Georgia Regional involved in the conspiracy to testify in court.

Investigation further reveals that after the murder/ feticide of my unborn child, law enforcement personnel conspired with the Chief Judge of the Clayton County Magistrate Court, Judge Daphne Walker, who aided and abet them in providing a fraudulent warrant to cover up and conceal crimes. Investigation further reveals that one of the officers involved in perfecting the fraudulent warrant, Officer Ben Henderson, forged another officer’s signature under penalty of perjury. That officer was not even on duty at the time of the incident.

To date, six lawyers were assigned to my case and all six attorneys were influenced by Judge John C. Carbo and the prosecutor and convinced not to represent me. As a matter of fact, it was my attorney who was influenced to turn against me and filed the initial report in court record without my knowledge accusing me of being insane.

Thanks to eight years of legal experience and my expertise as an experienced investigator, I was able to defend myself against the state and went after the prosecution and Judge John C. Carbo. I was able to win all 23 counts on December 5, 2011. Not only is this a big embarrassment for Clayton County and the State of Georgia, but this is the first time in Georgia history, or the history of the United States, that a non-lawyer was able to prevail on all charges, especially under such conspiratorial circumstances.

To date, Judge John C. Carbo II blocked me from obtaining court transcripts that if released would reveal almost two years of fraudulent prosecution and crimes committed in the case.

Please see media coverage of the incident attached hereto.
