Gaming the System…That’s how one person put it. The federal judges and the federal judicial employees game the system. They do whatever it takes to screw the unchosen.
This may or may not be John Ley, Clerk of the Court of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. With 90-year-old judges like Judge Phyllis A. Kravitch and Octogenarians like Judge Gerald Bard Tjoflat, John Ley is probably 100-years-old or so.
John Ley has committed a number of criminal acts, conspiring with the corrupt federal judges in Atlanta….
I have proof galore, but for now, let me just show one simple example.
Here are copies of the Docket in the matter of my wife, 11-13305 in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit: Docket – November 19, 2011 — Docket – November 16, 2011 — Docket – October 26, 2011 — Docket – October 14, 2011.
First, none of the dates shown are the dates when entries were docketed.
Note that the last entry on the October 14, 2011 Docket is 9/12/2011. Note that the last entry on the October 26, 2011 Docket is 9/29/2011….but the 9/29/2011 entry does not appear on the October 14, 2011 Docket.
Note that the last entry on the November 16, 2011 Docket is 9/29/2011. Note that the last entry on the November 19, 2011 Docket is 11/18/2011, but the Docket shows entries for 11/4/2011 and 11/7/2011 that did not appear on the November 16, 2011 Docket.

By not docketing petitions and motions, the Eleventh Circuit delays parties from seeking their injustice. Petitions for writs of mandamus are the top priority in an appellate court (at least acoridng to the law), and they are supposed to be dealt with before anything else. But by not docketing the petitions and motions promptly, the Eleventh Circuit denies parties the rights they are supposed to have.
Emergency Motions are supposed to be dealt with in five days or less. Note that my wife’s September 29, 2011 Emergency Motion didn’t get docketed until 11/16/2011, the day before the Eleventh Circuit issued an order denying her Motion… 49 days instead of 5 days. Her other September 29, 2011 Emergency Motion for Stay wasn’t docketed or dealt with until after the order denying her Petition.
One of the favorite techniques of the corrupt judges is to simply ignore your motions and then declare them moot or just ignore them after they issue an order screwing you.
My wife’s November 4, 2011 Affidavit never hit the docket, but the two of us filed it in person, and we have a file-stamped copy.
This case is all about denying my wife the absolute legal right to appeal.
All of my cases are mishandled this way. The most egregious criminal activity is with John N. Hatten, Clerk of the Court of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and his employees — Anniva Sanders, Beverly Gutting, Joyce White, Margaret Callier, and others.
On more than one occasion, the Eleventh Circuit has returned documents to me months later that had been filed with an X over the filed stamp.
With the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, I have well over 100 instances where they destroyed documents that were filed.
