Federal Judge William S. Duffey, Jr. is subject to more charges of corruption by litigants in Atlanta, Georgia.
Over the past week, I have written and published numerous articles on LawlessAmerica.com charging numerous state and federal judges with countless crimes, ranging from conspiracy to commit / cover up the murder of my unborn child, to treason and declaring war against the United States Constitution.
Judge William S. Duffey Jr. joined the conspiracy in September 2011.

In serious violation of state and federal laws, Judge William S. Duffey, Jr. used his influence as a federal judge to aid and abet state court Judge John C. Carbo III and the Clayton County Solicitor, Tasha Mosley, in covering up / concealing serious crimes committed at the state court’s level.
Crimes as serious as criminal racketeering (RICO) and the illegal attempt by Judge John C. Carbo and Solicitor Tasha Mosley to utilize the facility of the Georgia Regional Hospital, the state’s largest mental institution, doctors and employees at the hospital, taxpayers money to finance these crimes, with criminal intent to falsely confine, imprison, treat me under fraudulent pretenses for mental illness that does not exist.
I hereby charge Judge William S. Duffey, Jr. with the offenses of criminal racketeering (RICO), crimes as serious as conspiracy, conspiracy to cover up / conceal murder / feticide, attempted murder, violation of oath of office, treason, misprision of felony, misprision of treason, failure to prevent conspiracy, conspiracy against rights, fraud upon the court, and other serious crimes.
In further acts of fraud and to effect the illegal object thereof, in September 2011, days after the filing of my petition seeking removal of my case to federal court and to seek other injunctive relief, Judge William S. Duffey, Jr. knowingly and willfully obstruct justice and denied me due process by hindering me from filing my petition and/or obtaining relief, which would document and further expose the crimes committed by the lower court. Judge William S. Duffey, Jr. further committed the offenses of perjury, mail fraud, and false swearing by utilizing the stationery of the federal court and the United States Postal Service, a federal agency, to mail a severely fraudulent court order, remanding my petition without due process of law.
Said fraudulent court order contained numerous false statements, accusations, and inconsistencies that I never stated in the petition. And because Judge John C. Carbo III and the Clayton County Solicitor’s Office did not respond to the complaint, these false statements by Judge William S. Duffey, Jr. had to be obtained through conspiracy aimed at blocking me from obtaining relief. This “actus reus†by Judge William S. Duffey, Jr. and the Clayton County Court inflicted numerous crimes against me and made me a victim of the law.
I was forced to appeal this profound fraud to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals since September 2011. Five months later, there is no response from Judge William S. Duffey, Jr. or the Clayton County Court, and no action has been taken by Eleventh Circuit. The Clayton County State Court is concealing the transcript and record that, if released, would expose almost two years of false prosecution, crimes, discrimination, and abuse committed against me by Judge John C. Carbo III and the Clayton County Solicitor’s Office.
Judge William S. Duffey, Jr. was nominated by President George W. Bush on November 5, 2003, to a seat vacated by Owen Forrester. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on June 16, 2004, and received his commission on July 1, 2004.
