Why has federal Judge Clarence Cooper denied Scott Hintz’ Constitutional rights? Why did Judge Clarence Cooper deny Scott Hintz his undeniable legal rights to represent himself in court? Why has Judge Clarence Cooper forced attorney Dennis O’Brien on Scott Hintz?
These are just a few of the questions following Judge Clarence Cooper’s order sending Scott Hintz to prison.
Scott is a friend of Lawless America, and I know him quite well….
Scott Hintz is a new inmate at the Robert A. Deyton Detention Facility in Lovejoy, Georgia. The Robert A. Deyton Detention Facility provides secure care, custody and control for U.S. Marshal’s prisoners. Both male and female prisoners are housed at this facility and include both pretrial prisoners and pre-designation felons awaiting transfer to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
I just spoke with Scott, and he says he is fine. He bumped right into other victims of judicial corruption.
Judge Clarence Cooper conducted a hearing on Thursday, February 9, 2012. Scott Hintz fired attorney Dennis O’Brien on the record, but Judge Clarence Cooper refused to let Scott Hintz represent himself. Why? It’s his right. It seems to me that Judge Clarence Cooper can’t risk letting Scott Hintz handle his own defense because he will expose legal and judicial corruption.
Why does attorney Dennis O’Brien want to be representing Scott Hintz so badly? He isn’t being paid. Scott Hintz has sued Dennis O’Brien and filed criminal charges against him. Gee, wouldn’t anyone want out of a situation like that?
Scott tells me that he had absolute proof of his innocence, but attorney Dennis O’Brien didn’t introduce the evidence. Why would any honest attorney do that?
I had the distinct unpleasure of being around attorney Dennis O’Brien at one of Scott’s hearings last year. He and his fellow attorneys were among the rudest, most arrogant smart a$$eS I have ever been around. In my opinion, they are the ones who should be in prison. I have also filed a civil action against Judge Clarence Cooper as I believe he is one of the criminals operating as a “judge” in the Atlanta federal courts.
