Credit where Credit is Due — Honest Judge Award to Georgia Judge Joseph C. Iannazzone

Credit should be given where credit is due.  I proudly award our first ever Honest Judge Award to Judge Joseph C. Iannazzone of the State Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia.

Judge Joseph C. Iannazzone is the first honest judge who I have encountered in the State of Georgia.

Unlike reviews I have made of dozens of other federal, state, and county judges, Judge Jospeh C. Iannazzone adhered to the law and based his decision on the facts.  And he ruled in favor of a pro se party against a high-powered lawfirm, and he ruled FOR ME!

On February 23, 2012, Judge Joseph C. Iannazzone ruled in favor of William M. Windsor and against Maid of the Mist.  This is a first.

I have doubted if there was an honest judge in Georgia, but based upon this ruling, Judge Joseph C. Iannazzone has proven there is at least one honest judge in Georgia — at least he was in this matter.  He didn’t allow me to file a counterclaim against Maid of the Mist, and I believe he should have.  But other than that decision (an obvious desire not to be embroiled in a nasty battle), Judhe Joseph C. Iannazzone is my new folk hero.

Congratulations to Judge Joseph C. Iannazzone.  Now, let’s get him named to be the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court!

I do wonder if Judge Joseph C. Iannazzone would have ruled this way if we had not been shining the judicial corruption light so brightly here in Georgia.
