Federal Courts Do Not Issue Valid Orders — Check the Orders in Your Case

One of the many ways that federal judges routinely violate the law is by issuing “orders” that appear to be court orders, but they are merely invalid pieces of paper.

28 U.S.C. § 1691 requires that all orders must be signed and issued under seal.

In my experience, federal courts rarely issue legal orders….

A Kangaroo Court hearing was held October 7, 2011 in the courtroom of Fulton County Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter.

On October 26, 2011, I received the Transcript from court reporter Evelyn D. Parker.

But the Transcript does not match my recollection of what happened at the Hearing….

Judge Thomas W. Thrash has dismissed William M. Windsor’s Declaratory Judgment Action that asked a Georgia state court to clarify what the state’s power of attorney statute means.

Judge Thrash, perhaps the biggest criminal in the ranks of the many corrupt federal judges in Georgia, dismissed the case while committing crimes left and right, violating numerous rules of civil procedure, ignoring the Code of Judicial Conduct, and obliterating Windsor’s alleged rights under the Constitution and Bill of Rights….

Windsor sends Corruption Admission Letter to Every Judge in Atlanta Georgia

William M. Windsor has sent a “demand letter” to every judge in Atlanta, Georgia.

I am demanding that they take action to expose the pervasive corruption or resign as a corrupt judge.

The response is expected to be deafening.

Judge Marvin S. Arrington (shown here) refused to even allow Windsor to speak in his courtroom when he was the Presiding Judge who is supposed to handle emergency matters….
