I’m sorry that I am so hard to reach.
Here’s the deal: Corrupt Ellis County District Attorney Patrick Wilson tracks me by my cellphone, so I don’t use it. I left it with a friend who says text messages come in, and I have told my friend not to respond to them. One came in tonight from 706 area code with no name. I can never risk responding to something when I don’t know who it is. I have been viciously cyberstalked and threatened for three years, and there are simpy precautions that I must take.
You may call me at currently confidential and leave a voice mail. The phone is never answered, but a friend plays back the messages and sends me the name, phone number, and a one-sentence summary of the message. I’m saving all of these as I am saving hundreds of emails and Facebook messages from people looking for help. Once my criminal charges are dismissed or I am found not guilty, I will be able to respond. But until then, I am fully occupied with trying to avoid spending seven years in the Montana State Prison.
I do have a burner phone, but only a couple of people know the number. I try to limit its use to emergencies and to routine calls that I make to order pizza and the like where I believe I am not at risk.

I do receive email at windsorinsouthdakota@yahoo.com. I read short emails and skim long ones. There are a LOT of them. I may quickly respond if I am not working on a project at that moment, but I usually drag those looking for help or advice into a folder. I will respond to those when I can.
I receive a large number of Facebook messages at www.facebook.com/billwindsor1. As with emails, I may quickly respond, but I usually have to skip them and know I must go back when I get myself freed up. I always respond to women I know who are flirting, but never to anyone I don’t know. 🙂 (Hey, I’m single and a red-blooded American male.) I get hundreds of Friend Requests from gorgeous girls with no friends. I won’t accept anyone as a Friend unless they have a number of solid mutual friends with me. My cyberstalkers try to infiltrate my Facebook page by trying to get me to accept Friend Requests. I don’t have time to do any of the 51 Lawless America Facebook pages, but some volunteers try to provide a response to the main Lawless America messages, but it’s usually just to say I am tied up (and sometimes, that has been literally).
The best way to reach me and get follow-up for sure is with an email. Please provide as much information as you can, and absolutely include your name, address, email, phone, and Facebook page. I won’t respond personally without this information. Please use the Subject line to include your name and what you need.
Make your opening paragraph in your email concisely convey why you are contacting me. Do you want me to listen to your story? Do you want to be filmed? Do you want to connect with people involved with a particular type of corruption? Do you want to know if I think your judge is corrupt? The answer to that is YES. Say what you need right up front.
I will schedule another TalkShoe Show so people can speak with me. I did that a while back and hardly any of the folks who sent messages came on the show. That’s frustrating. I need to answer questions in a group setting to help as many people as possible, and the show is a great way to make connections.
