Mark Abaire, a Florida man, has been charged with a felony for allegedly stealing a $1 cup of soda from McDonald’s.

Mark Abaire was arrested and held on $6,500 bond after police in Collier County said he left a McDonald’s without paying for a cup of soda valued at $1.

So, a man can go to prison for five years for allegedly stealing a cup of soda, but judges and corrupt government officials “steal” billions, and nothing ever happens to them….

Open Letter to the FBI — Arrest the Corrupt Government Officials or Resign

There is allegedly a special FBI Taskforce in Atlanta, Georgia pursuing judicial and government corruption.

There have been no arrests and no word from the FBI.  When people with proof of corruption contact the FBI, they are told that the FBI will not pursue it unless there is proof of bribery.

Well, bribery is just one part of the blatant corruption here.  It’s time for these actors employed by the FBI to do their jobs or retire….

Her mom says the 5-year-old girl was so afraid that she burst into tears.

Georgia Grand Jury will consider Law Enforcement Corruption Charges

A Clayton County Georgia grand jury will convene on january 18, 2012 to hear corruption charges against former Sheriff Victor Hill.

Hill was notified of the January 18, 2012 grand jury meeting and handed a copy of the proposed indictment, said Steven Frey, a Jonesboro criminal attorney who is representing Hill. 

By law, a law enforcement officer must be given 15 days’ notice plus a copy of the proposed indictment.

Justice Department Releases Findings of Unconstitutional Conditions at Miami-Dade Jail Facilities

On August 29, 2011, the U.S. Department of Justice announced its findings that the Miami-Dade County Corrections and Rehabilitation Department (MDCR) has engaged in a pattern or practice of constitutional violations in the jail facilities operated by MDCR.  

MDCR operates the nation’s eighth largest jail system and holds an average of 7,000 prisoners.

The investigation, initiated on April 2, 2008, was conducted in accordance with the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA)….

The trial of Cynthia Nwokocha will be December 2, 2011 at 9:00 am in Courtroom 1B of the Fulton County Courthouse.

Cynthia Nwokocha threatened William M. Windsor with arrest for criminal trespassing if he ever again steps foot in the public elevator lobbies on three floors of the Fulton County Courthouse….

Innocent Man Freed in Texas after 25 Years in Prison for a Murder he did not commit

A Texas grocery store employee who spent nearly 25 years in prison in his wife’s beating death walked free Tuesday after DNA tests showed another man was responsible.

His attorneys say prosecutors and investigators kept evidence from the defense that would have helped acquit him at trial.

Michael Morton, 57, was convicted on circumstantial evidence and sentenced to life in prison for the August 1986 killing of his wife, Christine.

William Windsor to be Executed in Kentucky

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear the case of Shawn William Windsor, a Kentucky death row inmate who wanted to hasten his execution.

The high court’s decision on October 3, 2011 does not mean that 47-year-old Shawn William Windsor will be immediately executed.

Windsor pleaded guilty in 2006 to killing his estranged wife and son in Louisville and asked for a death sentence….
