Bill Windsor of Lawless America is once again being victimized by a cyberstalker.
After enduring the largest case of defamation in U.S. History and years of being stalked, a stalker is at it again.
Online postings, mail, emails, contact with family, threats, and physical stalking are all taking place. Guns are involved.
Bill Windsor has sent CEASE AND DESIST demands to the stalkers. One of the stalkers is John Moses Browning, America’s most famous firearms designer. He has been dead for 90 years, but careful inspection of the emails sent indicate they were sent from smboushie@gmail.com, and the content is from Sean Boushie, the University of Montana employee who was previously reported to law enforcement for stalking William M. Windsor and threatening to kill or do bodily harm to Bill Windsor hundreds of times.
Various messages sent are harassing and threatening.
Sean Boushie has been warned that his previous history of threats and actions make this extremely serious.
Sean Boushie has no legal right to continue to stalk, harass, and threaten Bill Windsor. Sean Boushie continues to cause him substantial emotional distress.
Bill Windsor has repeatedly asked Sean Boushie to stop all communications with him. Sean Boushie has threatened him. Sean Boushie has followed him. Sean Boushie has harassed him. Sean Boushie has stalked him. Sean Boushie has cyberstalked him.
Bill Windsor believes Sean Boushie has violated Florida Criminal Statute 784.048:
(2) A person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks another person commits the offense of stalking, a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
(3) A person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks another person and makes a credible threat to that person commits the offense of aggravated stalking, a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.r
