Bill Windsor of Lawless America is alive and fairly well in Chicago, Illinois

Hi Folks.  I made it safe and relatively sound to Chicago, Illinois.

I will always try to post a quick article upon arrival as I know many people worry about me.

My room is at the Embassy Suites in Rosemont — 5500 North River Road, 847-678-4000.  We are filming in conference room 214 on the second floor.

Unfortunately, it has not been an uneventful trip.

When I unpacked the Jeep in the parking lot here, I discovered that someone hit the right rear of the Jeep, knocked the bumper out of place, and pierced the plastic.  Not cool.  The “valet parking” in Springfield had to leave my car on the street as the luggage rack is too tall for their garage.

Then I had an accident wheeling my dolly from the parking garage, and all of the camera equipment hit the cement.  The only obvious damage is that my UV filter smashed.  It hit so hard that it is stuck on the end of the lens.  If someone in Chicago could bring needle-nose pliars, I would appreciate it.

I am getting a much later start than I planned on a huge pile of Things To Do. 🙁

There were some very interesting calls today.  I wiull be asking for some help to get Bill O’Reilly and Geraldo Rivera covering family court corruption and wrongful convictions, resectively.  May have news soon a bout a caravan of RVs joining the trip.
