Bill Windsor is still alive and exposing corruption at 5:50 pm Pacific Time on January 24, 2015 — Day 27 as a “wanted” man.
Corrupt people in Montana and Texas are attempting to put Bill Windsor in prison for life for the crimes of filming a documentary movie exposing corruption. If you have not yet read the report of the five crimes he is charged with, please read it. And no, this isn’t a joke.

I set up a number of websites today, but most of my time was spent starting to put my MOTION TO QUASH BENCH WARRANT online. This is a motion that asks Missoula County Montana Judge Karen S. Townsend to go by the law and dismiss the charges against me for tweeting, Emailing, and Pubishing the name XXXX XXXXXXX. I want to link all the evidence so anyone anywhere (interested reader, judge, law enforcement, media) can simply click and see the whole story with limited effort. Here is the INTRODUCTION – Part 1, the STATEMENT OF FACTS — Part 2.1 — Part 2.2 — Part 2.3. Next comes each of my arguments as a separate article. I am publishing ALL of the legal filings on www.UNIVERSITYOFMONTANAEMPLOYEE.COM. This article “explains” why I don’t just print the name XXXX XXXXXXX.
I am also drafting a petition for writ of mandamus. I guess I will file with either the Montana Supreme Court or the United States Supreme Court, or both. My petition asks the court to compel the corrupt judges in Montana to abide by the Constitution and allow people to speak and write two-word proper names, such as XXXX XXXXXXX.
I need a staff. I could keep someone busy typing for months. My Things To Do List never gets any shorter as I add as much as I strike off.
I am surprised that the Joeys figured out I am still in Texas. I thought for sure I had them fooled with all the mail coming from so many different places. I think someone at the Motel 6 has a big mouth. Corrupt Ellis County Texas District Attorney Patrick Wilson will know where I was a few days ago once he gets his FedEx on Monday. It was just a few hours from Missoula, Montana. I understand tyhe Joeys have figured out that someone other than me writes and publishes the articles on here. That way I’m not risking that it might be tracked someway through cyberspace. When I leave a town, I always leave a trail. I use my credit card for gas, for example. I do want there to be a record of my trek to Montana. I will admit that I write letters and leave them with someone along the way with instructions to drop them in the mail two or three days later.
I was thinking about who I’d rank as the most despicable fo the Joeyisalittlekid people. It’s an impossible task. So many sick, evil people.

For those who don’t know, the short story is this: Bill Windsor set out to film a movie exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption. He traveled to every state (except Alaska), and he filmed over 750 stories of corruption and has thousands more who wanted to be filmed. Evil people, some working for various government entities, set out to destroy Bill Windsor and the movie, Lawless America. Bill Windsor has been defamed online in the largest case of defamation in U.S. history. His life has been threatened many times. A UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE attempted to murder him. He was put into the Ellis County Texas Jail illegally for 53 days as a political prisoner. The State of Montana has filed five criminal charges against William M. Windsor for sending a Tweet, publishing the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE‘s name (the would-be killer) four times, sending a legal notice email to a University of Montana attorney, and filming the movie and the pilot for a TV show that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in the country. Now Bill Windsor is wanted for these dastardly crimes, and he is hiding out in exotic places like Tahiti and Bora Bora. All of that was true except the last four words. And in a recent development, “law enforcement” had LawlessAmerica.com removed from the Internet. This website contains over 1,400 articles exposing corruption. Bill Windsor is now working with a friendly offshore hosting company to return the website to the Internet outside the clutches of American evildoers.
I will continue to publish a short article every morning and every night so you will know I am still as “free” as one can be in Lawless America. That’s where we live.
