Bill Windsor is getting serious about INjustice in Texas.
People say Bill Windsor is always smiling.
Generally, that’s true, but he was caught in a more serious mood tonight….
I wonder if I will ever not be overwhelmed with work to do…
I arrived in Texas on January 11, 2016. Within 10 minutes of parking my car at a hotel, two men broke in to the vehicle and stole all of my motion picture equipment. That same night, I came down with a terrible cold. I’ve just about recovered.
No news on the grand theft. No news from the hotel or their security camera service.
I am working on my Motion for a New Trial in Montana. I need the court reporter’s transcript, and she has not responded. I sense that Judge James A. Haynes will ensure that she doesn’t get it done in time for me to use all the damning evidence that it will have.
The Tenth Court of Appeals in Waco Texas claimed my Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus was moot. They are wrong. So, I am filing a Motion for Reconsideration. They cited cases that do not apply to the facts in my case. They have never previously had a case like mine, so PERHAPS they will see their error.
After trying every way imaginable to get photocopies of documents filed with the Tenth Court of Appeals, I finally filed a complaint with the Texas Office of Court Administration. Imagine this: The next day, I got a promise that the 146 photocopies would be mailed, and I received them today.
I’m trying to speak with each of the jurors in Montana. After my evidence was destroyed by someone in the courthouse, I have to suspect that at least one person on the jury was a plant. If they put four corrupt jurors on a panel of 19 prospective jurors, they can be assured they will get at least one on the jury. This is because the jurors are assigned in numerical order. Four crooks in the first 10 assures that at least one will get on the jury. Then he or she influences the others.
I reported the criminal activity in my trial to over two dozen people/agencies. I regret that I didn’t holler MISTRIAL as loud as I could when I noticed my document had been destroyed. I was so shocked that I didn’t know what to do, and Judge James A. Haynes gave me virtually no time to present my case, and he docked me for all the time spent on any matter.
I received a letter from the Montana Commission on Judicial Complaints. My 113-item judicial complaint against Judge James A. Haynes is being distributed to the commissioners, his fellow partners in crime.
LawlessAmerica.com should be working again tomorrow, though I don’t know for how long. I am using a very old version of Joomla, and my site cannot be upgraded without losing features that are no longer available on new versions.
I stopped accepting donations on GoFundMe.
