It’s 60-30 Day for Bill Windsor as he prepares to stand trial for allegedly Tweeting the name of the man who attempted to murder him, “Sean Boushie.”
60 days until the trial begins and 30 days untl the Pre-Trial Conference…
…unless the trial gets postponed yet again.
The case is currently stayed waiting for the federal court to rule on my effort to have Judge James A. Haynes removed as the judge.
I am very busy for the next 30 days. The time between now and the Pre-Trial Conference is the most demanding. I finally get to interview the alleged witnesses, and I want to get all of my pre-trial motions completed. Then at the Pre-Trial Conference, I have to produce four binders containing all of my evidence. This isn’t easy because I want to argue jury nullification, corruption, selective prosecution, and other issues that Judge James A. Haynes wants to block me from presenting. I don’t seem to have any option but to prepare four copies of my 5,000+ sheets of paper.
It’s been too easy for me to get sidetracked and work on other things since I left Montana.
There are sooooo many distractions in Hawaii.
I have to focus.
It’ll be 30-0 before I know it.
