William M. Windsor has won approval for a lawsuit to decide the rights of Georgia citizens with Grand Juries.
On September 23, 2011, an order was issued in federal court in Atlanta giving Windsor the right to file lawsuits in Fulton County Georgia Superior Court against Fulton County, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, Paul Howard, Jr. (the Fulton County District Attorney), several members of Mr. Howard’s staff, and unidentified parties-to-be-named….
On July 15, 2011, federal Judge Thomas Woodrow Thrash issued a permanent injunction that denied me the right to file any lawsuit in any court anywhere in America for the rest of my life. The permanent injunction order is as illegal as it gets, but my problem is that the federal courts are so hopelessly corrupt in Atlanta that I doubt I will find justice.
Refusing to give up, I wrote to every federal district court judge in Georgia (approximately 16) and asked them to prove that they aren’t as corrupt as Judge Thomas Woodrow Thrash, Judge Orinda D. Evans, and Judge William S. Duffey. There’s no way to know if Judge Timothy Batten and Judge Charles A. Pannell, Jr. were responsible for the orders today, but they were the judges who received the lawsuits for review, along with Judge Marvin Shoob.
So, on Monday, September 26, 2011, I will be filing a lawsuit in Fulton County Superior Court that seeks a variety of relief. First and foremost, I am seeking a declaratory judgment that, if granted, will stop district attorneys anywhere in Georgia from interfering in any way with a citizen’s right to present evidence to a grand jury. Needless to say, this will be huge.
I am also filing RICO charges, 42 U.S.C. 1983 action, and more. I am suing the DA’s Chief Investigator, Cynthia Nwokocha, who has threatened me with arrest for criminal trespassing if I step foot in the elevator lobby outside the DA’s Office. I will try to put a stop to such horse manure for the benefit of all, not just me.
I am requesting a jury trial. Now, one of the interesting things here is that I already have federal judges who have reviewed these lawsuits and have approved them for filing. This means they determined the charges have a basis in law and fact. It should be harder for a Fulton County Superior Court judge to grant motions to dismiss in light of this.
It will be interesting to see if these cases get assigned to Judge Constance Russell, since she has been assigned my previous Fulton County Superior Court cases.
So, we’ll see what happens. I know it may be silly to get enthused about anything involving a judge, but I guess I am still an optimist at heart. This is a very exciting development for me. I suspect the reason these were approved is so that Judge Thomas W. Thrash could appear to have some fairness. While he continues to make the federal judges untouchable by me.
