William M. Windsor has won a key decision in federal court.

Bill Windsor filed an appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  The United States Attorney’s Office represents the government employees who are the defendants in the case.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office filed a Motion to Dismiss the appeal.  No doubt this was done because it was the U.S. Attorney’s best hope to defeat a valid motion to overturn an outrageous order by corrupt federal judge Thomas W. Thrash.

An order was issued June 16, 2018 denying the U.S. Attorney’s motion.  The U.S. Department of Justice has until July 16, 2018 to file a brief in response to Windsor’s Appellant’s Brief.

The underlying lawsuit was one brought by Windsor against corrupt federal judges and corrupt employees of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia’s Clerk of Court’s office.  The case was dismissed by corrupt Judge Thrash.  In addition to dismissing the case, Judge Thrash ordered that Windsor was restricted from filing any lawsuit anywhere in America.

Judge Thrash was on a mission to stop Bill Windsor from his efforts to expose judicial corruption in America.  Judge Thrash’s order is in clear violation of the United States Constitution and federal rules and court precedents.

Appellate court judges Beverly B. MartinJill A. Pryor, and Kevin C. Newsom ruled in favor of Windsor in this round at the appellate court.  These are all new appellate court judges who were not involved in corruption against Windsor, so hope springs eternal that they will do the right thing and overturn Judge Thrash.  The U.S. Attorney’s Office has until July 16, 2018 to file a response brief.

It is rare for a pro se party to win anything in a federal court.
