Why does the government want to silence Bill Windsor?
It all began in Atlanta Georgia in 2006. Bill Windsor discovered that Atlanta, Georgia has among the most corrupt judges, government, and law enforcement personnel in the entire USA. Bill Windsor knows. Bill Windsor is a victim, and he gathered evidence and met with other victims and witnesses for several years.
The mainstream media keeps this story hidden because the mainstream media is all about money — money from the big companies that buy advertising, money from the wealthy who “own” various judges and government officials.
Bill Windsor first discovered corruption in the federal courts in Georgia when Judge Orinda D. Evans took millions of dollars from him in a lawsuit in which the plaintiffs admitted that they made the whole thing up. Then other judges piled on to protect Judge Orinda D. Evans and destroy Bill Windsor. Many crimes were committed by Judge Williams S. Duffey and Judge Thomas W. Thrash. To try to stop Bill Windsor from pursuing further litigation, Judge Thomas W. Thrash issued a void order saying that Bill Windsor could no longer file lawsuits without permission. Judge Williams S. Duffey blocked appeals and abused Bill’s now ex-wife who was not involved in any manner except by the beady-eyed little bully Duffey.
Bill Windsor accumulated evidence of all types of criminal activity. Lots and lots of undeniable evidence. Obstruction of justice, perjury, subornation of perjury, witness tampering, jury tampering, concealing evidence, falsifying court dockets and transcripts, conspiracy, racketeering, organized crime, and many other crimes as well as blatantly ignoring the facts and the law to rule against Bill Windsor.
Bill Windsor found that the Fulton County Sheriff is dishonest or out-and-out corrupt, as well as the Fulton County Commissioners and the office of the Fulton County Attorney. The corruption is everywhere.
Atlanta has criminals running the two largest law enforcement offices — the Fulton County District Attorney and the U.S. Attorney. Bill Windsor found that Paul Howard and Sally Quillian Yates are completely and totally corrupt. They play a HUGE role in facilitating the corruption of other law enforcement personnel, and they are the pawns of the local judges.
The FBI ALLEGEDLY created a special task force to investigate the judicial corruption in Georgia, but Bill Windsor suspected this was all a ploy to cause people to THINK the FBI was actually doing something. Based upon his personal experience with the FBI, Bill Windsor believes they are worthless. Bill Windsor was told by an Atlanta FBI agent, Harry Hammick, that he is not allowed to investigate federal judges accused of corruption. Need we say more?
Georgia Congressman Tom Price and Senator Saxby Chambliss are clearly corrupt. Bill Windsor contacted them with evidence of the corruption, and they said “not my job” or words to that effect. They would do absolutely nothing. Why? Bill Windsor believes they do nothing because they are part of the corruption. They can’t get the powerful in trouble, because it hits too close to home, and they need the rich and powerful in order to stay in office. All of the politicians cover for the other politicians, judges, and government officials. Concealing the corruption may be the only thing that Republicans and Democrats do on a non-partisan basis.
Bill Windsor’s local representative in the Georgia House, Harry Geisinger, proved to be dishonest at best and very possibly corrupt. He met with Bill and heard the facts and saw evidence of the corruption with the federal judges. He said he would help, and then he disappeared off the face of the earth.

Batten, Judge Clarence Cooper, Judge J. Owen Forrester, Judge Willis B. Hunt, Judge Harold L. Murphy, Judge William C. O’Kelley, Judge Charles A. Pannell, Judge Marvin H. Shoob, Judge Richard W. Story, Judge G. Ernest Tidwell, Judge Robert L. Vining, Judge Horace T. Ward, Judge Janet F. King, Judge Susan S. Cole, Judge Alan J. Baverman, Judge Gerrilyn G. Brill, Judge C. Christopher Hagy, Judge Linda T. Walker, Judge Walter E. Johnson, Judge E. Clayton Scofield, and Judge Russell G. Vineyard. Judge J. Owen Forrester caused Bill Windsor’s son’s company to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars in a civil suit that a retired federal judge had already said was a slam dunk for Bill’s son when she handled court-ordered mediation.

Bill Windsor has evidence of hundreds of crimes by the Clerk of the Court’s Office for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia — Clerk James N. Hatten, Anniva Sanders, Joyce White, Beverly Gutting, Margaret Callier, B. Grutby, Douglas J. Mincher, Jessica Birnbaum, Vicki Hanna, and others.
Bill Windsor has evidence of many crimes by John Ley, Clerk of the Court of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Bill Windsor has evidence of professional misconduct, fraud upon the courts, and/or crimes by employees of U.S. Attorney Sally Quillian Yates, including Darcy Coty, Neeli Ben-David, John A. Horn, and Christopher Huber.
Bill Windsor has evidence of professional misconduct, fraud upon the courts, and/or crimes by the office of the Fulton County Attorney R. David Ware, including Lanna Hill, Kaye Burwell, and Jerolyn Ferrari, as well as Eddie Snelling with the Office of the Georgia Attorney General.
Bill Windsor has evidence of crimes by Lieutenant English of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department, and he believes the Sheriff and various members of his staff have aided and abetted crimes by Lieutenant English and others.
Bill Windsor has evidence of crimes by Fulton County Superior Court judges — Judge Jerry W. Baxter, Judge Stephanie Davis, Judge Cynthia D. Wright, and Judge Kelly Amada Lee. Every judge in Fulton County has committed misprision of felonies and has aided and abetted the crimes. These judges include Judge Marvin S. Arrington, Judge Kimberly M. Esmond Adams, Judge T. Jackson Bedford, Judge Christopher S. Brasher, Judge Tom Campbell, Judge Alford J. Dempsey, Judge Doris L. Downs, Judge Ural D. Glanville, Judge John J. Goger, Judge Todd Markle, Judge Shawn Ellen LaGrua, Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane, Judge Henry M. Newkirk, Judge Gail S. Tusan, Judge Wendy L. Shoob, Judge Isaac Jenrette, Judge John Langford, Judge Don Langham, Judge Elizabeth E. Long, Judge Philip F. Etheredge, Judge Alice D. Bonner, Judge Stephanie Manis, and Judge Thelma Wyatt Cummings Moore. Judge Constance C. Russell and Judge Craig L. Schwall treated Bill politely, but neither of them have done anything to stop the corruption, so that makes them guilty as well.
Bill Windsor has evidence of crimes by Paul Howard, Fulton County District Attorney, and members of his staff — Rebecca Keel, Waverly Settles, Cynthia Nwokocha, and Naomi Fudge. Many others on the staff have at least aided and abetted.
Bill Windsor tried for months to present evidence to the Fulton County Grand Jury. Bill Windsor was finally invited in to present criminal charges against several federal judges, the Fulton County District Attorney, and some others. Bill Windsor spoke with the Grand Jury for 30 minutes. The Grand Jury asked him to return at their next session with a document succinctly expressing the charges with copies of all of the evidence, footnoted to the document. Bill Windsor was to give, as they called it, “a slam bam thank you ma’am” presentation.
When Bill Windsor returned to the courthouse with the requested evidence, he was met by the DA’s Chief Investigator, Cynthia Nwokocha, and three Fulton County Sheriff’s Deputies, including Lieutenant English. They ordered Bill Windsor to leave the public courthouse, and he was given a Criminal Trespass Warning that states that he will be arrested if he ever returns to the third, sixth, or seventh floor public elevator lobbies in the public courthouse. Bill Windsor visited various Fulton County judges for help (Judge Kelly Amada Lee, Judge Cynthia D. Wright, Judge Marvin S. Arrington, Judge Stephanie Davis, and Judge Jerry W. Baxter), and no one would do a thing. One judge, Judge Jerry W. Baxter, took further action to deny Bill Windsor any recourse.
The transcript of Bill Windsor’s hearing before Judge Jerry W. Baxter was falsified. And the judicial board ignored it.
So Bill Windsor then tried to present his charges to the federal Grand Jury — a right allegedly guaranteed by statute. Sally Quillian Yates, the U.S. Attorney, intercepted the mail that Bill Windsor sent to the Grand Jurors. When Bill Windsor showed up at the federal courthouse on the day that the Grand Jury meets, he was detained at the entrance (where his 8×10 color photograph was posted), and U.S. Marshal Tom Shell denied Bill Windsor access to the courthouse. Bill Windsor can never go anywhere in the courthouse unless one or several U.S. Marshals are there to dictate where he can and cannot go. Bill Windsor is banned from ever going on the 20th floor where the Grand Jury meets.
Not long after this, Bill Windsor received his first death threat. A federal prisoner relayed a message to Bill through two radio talk show hosts to say that he was approached with a deal to get out of prison if he would infiltrate Bill Windsor’s organization and kill him.
All of these crooks succeeded in blocking the evidence from reaching a Grand Jury and covering up all of these crimes. No one would do anything about it.
