Texas Judge Cindy Ermatinger has been removed as the judge in the Bill Windsor Case.
After a long battle, Judge Cindy Ermatinger is no longer the judge in Bill Windsor’s case in Ellis County Texas.
Filing a Motion for Recusal of a judge is not going to make the judge friendly toward you, and the effort usually fails….
But if you want to try to remove a judge for valid reasons, make sure you have rules, statutes, and case law on your side.
Bill Windsor filed his first Motion for Recusal of Judge Cindy Ermatinger on June 3, 2016. She refused to remove herself in the case. Bill Windsor battled through six different judges before Judge Cindy Ermatinger finally stepped down. Here is his Second Motion for Recusal.
Judge Cindy Ermatinger is the star witness for Bill Windsor’s case, so she couldn’t be the judge. But she repeatedly refused to step down. Judge Cindy Ermatinger entered an order refusing to recuse herself on October 3, 2015. That changed on October 4, 2016 after the matter was referred to Judge Mary Murphy, the Presiding Judge for the Administrative District, Judge Cindy Ermatinger entered an order recusing herself on October 4, 2015.
Bill would like to think that Judge Mary Murphy and Alicia Frame of her staff knew it was the proper thing for Judge Cindy Ermatinger to do.
Now we shall see who gets assigned. Bill Windsor of Lawless America requested a judge from outside corrupt Ellis County Texas.
There are motions pending in the case since June 1, 2015 that Judge Cindy Ermatinger never addressed. The first is a Motion to Dismiss this bogus case.
