Bill Windsor of Lawless America…The Movie is alive and well in Fargo North Dakota

Bill Windsor is alive and well in Fargo, North Dakota.  We arrived at 6 pm.

I will always try to post a short article upon arrival in each town where we film so readers will know that we arrived safe and sound.

See www.facebook.com/lawlessamerica for the latest news.

We met Janis Schmidt here.  She is our first victim to be taken to the Emergency Room.  Janis says I am not responsible for her need to go to the hospital.  I have SO looked forward to seeing her!  She has an incredible story.

Janis Schmidt was a teacher at a public school in North Dakota, and a Native American girl told her in art class that she had been raped.  The school is 100% Native American students with an all-white staff.  By law, Janis knew she had a duty to report, and she also had an obligation to report to her principal and superintendent, which she did immediately.  They told her it was taken care of.  Janis took that to mean they had reported it.  This happened in September.

In October, the administration staged a fight and expelled the rape victim.  In November, a new 12-year-old girl enrolled, and she was in two of Janis’ classes.  She was a very bright girl.  She was very interested in Native American ways and history.  Janis later learned that her interest was prompted by her relation to Leonard Pelletier, on her father’s side.  She confided in Janis about problems she was having in school.  Janis asked the counselor if she could talk to Girl #2 sometime.  What Janis didn’t know is that she went and told Superintendent Guthrie, and they decided to set up Girl #2 as the rape victim by questioning her about the rape, which is illegal.

Girl #2 quit coming to Janis’ class.  I asked the counselor if she had talked with her.  The counselor told me that she, the principal,, and NEA Representative Steve Michaels, calling themselves the Sexual Harassment Team, had questioned Girl #2 about a rape.  They told Girl #2 that Janis told them that she had been raped.  Janis stormed out of the counselor’s office.  The superintendent and counselor appeared.  The superintendent told Janis that Girl #2 admitted she had been raped.  Janis does not know the truth of that, as that was not what Girl #2 told her.

It was convenient for the school administration to create a fake rape victim, so they could claim Janis was falsely reporting rapes.  In December, Girl #2’s father came to the school, and Janis asked him if he knew about the questioning about a rape.  He exploded and said he was going to get an attorney.  That event led to the father, the mother, and a lawyer coming to the school in January to question the superintendent about this matter.  In the meantime, Janis had talked with the actual rape victim’s mother (Girl #1’s mother), and Janis learned that she had been expelled.   That’s when Janis realized the rape had not been reported as was her duty, so Janis reported to every conceivable authority.

When the superintendent discovered that, he fired Janis instantly.  Girl #2 was called to the meeting and was asked if she told me she had been raped, and of course, she said no, because she hadn’t said that.  It was Girl #1.  But the set-up of Janis was complete.  An attorney then devised a plan to get Janis.  As time went on, they retaliated against Janis.  They reinstated her and then out-and-out fired her illegally.  Janis filed for unemployment, and she was denied benefits.  She appealed it, and the court denied due process and denied her appeal.  She appealed this to the Supreme Court confirming the lower court decisions and memorializing all the false facts in a permanent record.

Janis decided to file a lawsuit so her facts could come out, but the school’s attorney used all the unemployment facts against her, and the court accepted that and ruled against her.  She then tried to get a grand jury convened.  Janis is now doing a petition for a citizen’s grand jury.

If you would like to be filmed, come tell your story for the movie.  Just show up between now and 9 pm, and we will work you into the schedule.  Please bring a photo ID as we are taking security precautions since we are quite sure the government would like to stop this movie.

The Basics

Lawless America…The Movie is all about exposing the fact that we now live in Lawless America.  We no longer have laws that are enforced because judges do whatever they want to do.  America has also become lawless because government officials are dishonest and/or corrupt.

The movie will expose corruption in every state.  The Movie will focus on victims.  Corrupt judges and corrupt government officials will be exposed, and we will confront a number of the crooks.

If anyone has ever questioned the story of a person who has expressed the view that they were a victim of the government or of judges, this movie will prove that the odds are that the corruption report was true.  In fact, there are probably tens of millions of victims in the United States who never realized what happened to them.

One feature-length documentary movie is being produced.  It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals.

In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruption.  Everyone who is interviewed for the film will record a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress as well as a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and GRIP, and candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives.  The legislators in each state will receive the testimony from those in their state, and the members of the U.S. House and Senate will receive all of the testimony nationwide.

Over 750 people are already scheduled to be interviewed for the movie.  We will continue to accept as many requests as possible.

The 50-state road trip is planned to take 166 days.  Here is the itinerary for Lawless America…the Movie.  The road trip starts in Atlanta and heads North and travels counterclockwise around the country.  From Olympia, Washington, we will head up to Juneau, Alaska.  Upon the return to Atlanta, Bill Windsor will fly to Honolulu as the 50th state.

All filming will be done either at the State Capitol, at a courthouse in the state capital, or in a meeting room near the Capitol.  For those who are unable to travel to the capital, you can still appear in the videos by recording your own video or by being interviewed on camera by Bill Windsor using a webcam and Skype.  Webcams are available on loan to those who need one for their interview.

It is our plan that this movie can educate many, many people about the reality that America is broken.  We will expose many corrupt judges and government officials.  We hope to generate a lot of publicity about corruption that the mainstream media usually hides from the public.

We will deliver proposed judicial reform legislation to the governor and legislators at each state Capitol.

We will make room in the film schedule for anyone with a great story of corruption.  Email bill@lawlessamerica.com.

The tales are sadly familiar to even the most casual observer of state politics.

Ethics violations galore.

A State Integrity Investigation revealed many violations, but this is just the tip of the iceberg because the study appears to only brush the surface….
