Judge Michael Malihi has ordered President Obama to submit proof to the court concerning his eligibility to be  President of the United States.

The hearing will be Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 9:00 am at 230 peachtree Street N.W. in Atlanta, Georgia.

William Wagener, producer for On Second Thought TV in California, filed a motion for approval to video the hearing, and I’m going to be there to handle the video….

Now this is pretty cool.  I spoke with attorney Orly Taitz several times this morning to make the arrangements.

The hearing will be January 26, 2012, at 230 Peachtree Street N.W., Suite 850 in Atlanta — Courtroom 1.  NOTE: This is a change from two previous location announcements.

What does this mean?

To me, this is not a pro-Obama or anti-Obama situation.  To me, this is potentially the case of the most significant dishonesty and corruption by an elected official in the history of the United States.  If that is the case, this should shine a bright light on the extent of the government corruption in America.  If you are pro-Obama, please don’t get mad at me for supporting this story.  If Obama is qualified, and if he signs a pledge to be honest and return our rights under the Constitution and Bill of Rights, I’ll vote for Obama if no other major candidate signs the Contract with the Citizens of the United States.

Will Obama actually show up in court with all his papers, microfilm from Hawaii, proof of Social Security number, proof legal name changes and Selective Service information?  Most likely he will not show but the result of that may be the removal of his name from the primary ballot and for the general election in November.
