Missoula Montana County Attorney Jennifer Clark allows man who attempted murder to attend deposition with his target wearing a concealed handgun and NRA T-shirt

Missoula Montana County Attorney Jennifer Clark and Missoula Police Department Detective Chris Shermer allowed Sean Boushie, who attempted to murder Bill Windsor, to attend his deposition with Bill wearing an NRA T-shirt and apparently a concealed handgun.

You can’t make this stuff up.  It really happened…

Sean Boushie has threatened William M. Windsor with bodily harm over 140 times.  He has threatened to kill him.  He has offered a reward for his death.  He sent an email to Bill Windsor saying he shot at him, missed, and hit the car next to him.  Bill witnessed the car explosion.

Sean Boushie was at Bill Windsor’s first hearing in Missoula Montana.  When he made eye contact with Bill, he laughed and held out his hand pointing his finger as if his hand was a gun.

Then he showed up for his witness interview in Bill Windsor’s criminal case.  He was wearing a National Rifle Association T-shirt.  He was also apparently wearing a concealed handgun with the knowledge of Jennifer Clark and Chris Shermer because they went ballistic objecting when Bill Windsor questioned Sean Boushie about it.  Sean Boushie’s wife, Wynette Boushie, also has a concealed handgun license, and she was there, too.

Sean Boushie threatened William M. Windsor approximately 147 times. These threats have been detailed in the Affidavit filed in the case by William M. Windsor with his Motion to Quash Bench WarrantSean Boushie makes threats in paragraphs 16, 19, 37, 38, 46, 47, 49, 57, 58, 63, 66, 72, 80, 82, 84, 87, 96, 97, 98, 113, 117, 118, 122, 133, 134, 138, 139, 141, 146, 149, 151, 157, 159, 161, 186, 187, 188, 189, 191, 195, 217, 220, 223, 224, 229, 241, 247, 275, 277, 279, 284, 290, 304, 306, 307, 309, 311, 313, 314, 318, 320, 322, 326, 332, 338, 341, 343, 344, 346, 347, 350, 352, 368, 371, 376, 384, 385, 386, 387, 390, 393, 396, 397, 402, 403, 405, 406, 408, 412, 426, 431, 433, 435, 438, 440, 441, 445, 447, 451, 458, 459, 460, 461, 464, 469, 478, 494, 495, 504, 509, 513, 519, 523, 528, 532, 534, 540, 549, 558, 559, 561, 566, 568, 569, 570, 573, 580, 581, 582, 585, 596, 606, 624, 631, 632, 635, 647, 652, 655, 657, 712, 736, 765, 767, 768, 778, and 782.
