Lawless America…The Movie will expose Corrupt Government Officials in Every State – Movie road trip begins in 19 days

number-19-ma-route-19-200w

Lawless America…The Movie will expose corrupt judges and corrupt government corruption all across America.

The clock is ticking.

The movie road trip begins in just 19 days.

This 50-state film trip begins on June 14, 2012, and the pandemic of government corruption will be exposed for the world to see.

Work on this film project began in March.  June 14 always loomed on the horizon, but now that the trip begins in less than three weeks, panic is at a high level.  There is so much still to be done.

Project Update for May 26, 2012

I have worked non-stop trying to handle the emails that are important.  I have barely made a dent.  I’ll keep trying.

Several new volunteers have come forward.  I will be sending out VITAL projects to these folks.  Calling each State Capitol and calling all of the radio-TV-film schools are VITALLY IMPORTANT.  I am asking for a daily update because I have to know that these tasks are being done.

I received an email with a lot of incorrect claims about this project:

“Personally I like the idea of making it easier.  Bill is now saying that he has no driver and no camera operator yet.   Maybe he should operate the camera himself and just drive a car that gets better gas mileage and is easier to park.  Or maybe we should just get together ourselves and make a tape and send it to him.”

I am the driver, and students will be the camera operator.  When there is no student, I will operate the camera.  I am driving a Jeep — the original plan for the project.  It gets much better gas mileage, and it turns on a dime and is simple to park…close to the various film locations.

Everyone is welcome to submit a video.  However, the film is being shot in 1080 HD using a professional 3-chip camera at 24 frames-per-second.  Homemade videos will not be of suitable quality for the film, though we will certainly use them on the website.

“I’m worried that he is taking on too much to get done.  I’m not even totally clear what is to happen with the tape after it is shot.  When we started this project it seemed like he personally had more financial resources than it now appears he does. He’s also  saying that the volunteers haven’t been coming through as they said they would.  A lot of things are difficult, though, like getting law professor’s phone numbers.  He’s made these public representations of a movie with 800 victims; how does 800 victims translate into a 90 minute movie?

The job is massive, but I will do what I can…and nothing more.

I have repeatedly stated on my TalkShoe shows, as well as in writing, exactly what was being filmed, how, and what will be done.  I am not shooting tape; this is being shot on state-of-the-art digital flash cards.  Each three-minute testimony will be uploaded nightly to YouTube, Livestream, and LawlessAmerica.com.  At the end of the trip, all from each state will be sent to every legislator in that state, and all from all 50 states and DC will be sent to every member of the U.S. House and Senate.  Then a professional film editor will edit the interviews that I film to create the documentary film.

I take great offense at the insinuation that I ever claimed to have any financial resources.  I have ALWAYS made it clear that I have been wiped out financially by the corrupt judges.  I have ALWAYS made it clear that I have no staff.  I have ALWAYS made it clear that I have two credit cards with extremely high limits, and that is how the project is being financed…along with a few thousand dolars in donations received.

Most of the volunteers have failed to do their assigned tasks.  As a result, I am having to do those jobs, and promotion will suffer as will some other things that I would have loved to do.

Most of the tasks are simple.  I have the database of websites for the law school professors; we simply need someone to site scrape them.

Public representations?  That’s offensive.  I have explained repeatedly that every victim filmed will appear in the movie.  They will not all be featured…obviously.  You will have to see the finished movie to see how it will be done.

“Maybe each of the victim reports should just have a U tube attached to it.  I haven’t made one yet.  I am having problems just getting my personal victim’s report done and linked with my pdfs of court transcripts etc. which I think are more important than my just saying this and that happened.  Personally I’d be fine if all Lawless America did at least in the short term was documentation in a central website.  I’d rather have a good website than a half done movie.”

All Movie Listings will have the video that I shoot attached to it.  Any and all other videos may also be attached.

Anyone having trouble attaching anything to their Movie Listing probably has limited computer skills, as I login as those who have had problems, and I am able to edit and add just fine.  Anyone with problems should simply email; we do now have a volunteer to help with these issues.

Anyone with less than a positive attitude about this project should not participate.  I am unwiling to work with people who have poor attitudes because I have more than enough to deal with as it is.  Life is entirely too short.

Project Update for May 25, 2012

Volunteers Needed

I have just sent out an email to all participants asking for a little help.

There has been a lot of response to this email in the last two hours.

Thank you everyone!

We have volunteers to call the Governor’s Office in every state, call radio-TV-Film Schools, and do some website scraping.  We have plenty of need for website scraping, so if you know how, please contact me.

Be the State Coordinator in your State.

This is a big need.  The need is to be in the capital when we are filming, and help coordinate the participants.  Handle various details in advance.

Because we were unsuccessful in raising very much money, this help is critical.

We need coordinators for GA, KY, WV, CT, MA,  NH, ME, VT, OH, IN, IL, WI, MN, IA, NE, SD, ND, MT, ID, AK, Northern CA, AZ, NV, UT, NM, TX, OK, KS, AR, MS, AL, FL, HI.  PLEASE NOTE — THERE WAS A TYPO IN MY EARLIER EMAIL THAT SAID WE HAVE COORDINATORS FOR THESE STATES.  IT SHOULD HAVE READ THAT WE NEED THE STATE COOIRDINATORS FOR THESE STATES.

We have had several volunteers, so I will update the above list as soon as I can go through all of the email.

Travel Plan Change

We lost our donated RV, and then we lost our volunteer driver.  That’s the bad news.  The good news is that Hyatt appears prepared to give us a deal to film at their hotels.  They have hotels in towns that will cover approximately 100 of our 143 nights.

With the hotel deal, I have decided to just go alone in my Jeep.  I won’t have to worry about anyone else, and the expense will be dramatically reduced.  I feel really good about this decision, but it does make the need for State Coordinators and student volunteers even more important.  If we don’t have students lined up in a filming location, it means I have to handle the entire set-up, run the camera, run the sound, interview, direct, handle paperwork, etc., etc.

Your Preparation for Filming

You need to plan to be at your State Capitol on the designated day, unless arrangements are made for an alternate location.  I will confirm all film locations and appointment times by June 7.  The governors have been slow to respond on our requests for a room in their Capitols.  If we don’t have a room in the Capitol, we will film most of the interviews in the room provided by Hyatt (or some other hotel chain).  there will also be some filming in exotic locatios, like the scenes of the crimes, judge’s homes, etc.

Wear whatever you are comfortable with wearing.  Many elected officials will see you on film or video, so it would be better to not come in a T-Shirt and shorts.  Then again, I prefer that you don’t get all dressed up.  I would say that wearing whatever you wear to work might be best.  If you are a mechanic and wear a shirt embroidered with your name, that works for me.  If you wear a coat and tie to work, so be it.  One thing we are trying to convey is the variety of present or former professions that victims have had.  You decide — wear whatever you choose.  Do not wear white as white is hard to deal with when filming.   Avoid solid whites, very bright colors, and busy patterns.  Pinstripes, checks, herringbones, and textured fabrics will cause havoc for the camera.  The result is what looks like the pattern is “swimming.”  This is because the details of a herringbone suit, for example, will interfere with the camera’s sensor and will produce a moiré pattern which is distracting and dizzying for the viewer.  Solids work best.  Hot colors like red, hot pink, orange, yellow, purple and green will never have you looking your best.  Hot colors have a bleeding effect which the camera censor is not able to compensate for.  Cool blues and and natural tones are found in the center of color exposure values (whereas black and white are at the extremes).  This means the camera sensor will have an easier time exposing the values it sees.  Take notice the next time you are watching a speech given from the White House.  The colors chosen are no accident; the blue drapes were not selected because there was a sale; the president did not randomly put his hand on a blue suit in his wardrobe.  Blue is no coincidence.  It has been proven that blue is a calming color.

Add information to your Movie Listing page on www.LawlessAmerica.com as soon as you can and before you come for your film session.

Please bring evidence that proves the corruption that you experienced, or email pdf files of the evidence, photos, and videos to me in advance (if you haven’t already).

If you want to buy an official movie T-Shirt and/or cap, please bring cash as I will not have credit card capability.  The T-Shirt is $17, and the cap is $15.  Get both for $30.  Your payment for these will be considered a donation.

Over 1,000 Victims

We now have over 1,000 people on the list of those who have asked to be filmed.  I continue to receive a half dozen new requests every day.  I anticipate that this will increase once I hit the road and the project gets covered by the media.  I will try to film as many people as possible.  If we get more than I can handle, I can interview some people by Skype at the end of the trip.

How to Contact Bill and the Movie Staff

While on the road, the telephone number in the Jeep and at the filming locations is currently confidential.  The phone will be turned off while filming.  If you need to reach me, take a look at the Itinerary, and you can figure out when I will be driving, and call at that time.  The phone is hands-free, so I will be able to speak with you as I drive.  I will be posting a schedule that will show when I will be driving and filming each day, so you may check that before calling.  I recommend that every computer user get Skype as it allows you to call at no cost.  I will be available by Skype most evenings.  My Skype name is lawlessamerica.

If you need information specific to your state, please email (state)@LawlessAmerica.com.  This will send your email to the State Coordinator for your state.  The availability of the State Coordinator’s by email will be better than my availability from June 14 to November 3,as I will not generally be using email until 6 pm to midnight.

How to PROMOTE your participation in the Movie

Add a link to your Movie Listing Page on www.LawlessAmerica.com to your Facebook Page, LinkedIn Page, your website, forums that you use, etc.

Create a Lawless America Corruption Report for everyone you are reporting for dishonesty or Corruption.  Login to LawlessAmerica.com.  Then click here to add a Corruption Report.

Call the local newspapers and television stations in your area/state.  Try to get them to come out and cover the movie production when you are being filmed.

Login to Facebook every morning, and then go to www.LawlessAmerica.com.  Click on the blue “Like” button beneath each article on the home page.  This will send that article all over the Internet.  When you recah an article where the “Like” button is gray, that indicates that you previously clicked the “like” buttons down to that point.

Email everyone you know in advance to tell them when and where you will be filmed.  Encourage your friends to check www.LawlessAmerica.com the day after you are filmed as your three-minute video should be posted and available for viewing.  Also notify your friends that Lawless America will broadcast live from each capital city; that schedule will soon be posted.  These will be one-hour shows.

Project Update from May 19, 2012:

Using all volunteers to help with the project is clearly a challenge.  Unfortunately, many people have their hearts in the right place, but they haven’t managed to get their assigned tasks done.  As a result, I have had to drop my projects to do others that are more time-sensitive.

Using all volunteers to help with the project is clearly a challenge.  Unfortunately, many people have their hearts in the right place, but they haven’t managed to get their assigned tasks done.  As a result, I have had to drop my projects to do others that are more time-sensitive.

We don’t have the luxury of delaying the start date as I feel taking the trip during this election year is very important.  The trip is scheduled to end three days before the elections in November.

Media Coverage — We have received inquiries from “mainstream media” outlets in several of the first states on the itinerary.  ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox were invited (first responder gets an exclusive) to have one reporter travel in the RV and obtain exclusive interviews, but none of the networks have responded.  The first two of many news releases have been issued — a general announcement and an invitation for students to work on the film crew.  One computer is running full-time at the Intergalactic headquarters of Lawless America, sending news releases by email at the rate of three every two minutes.

Student Crews –Students are beginning to sign up to work on the film crew in their state.  I encourage all participants to help us get the word out to your state’s colleges and universities.  A news release and letter are available; please contact colleges, and ask them to distribute this information to Radio-TV-Film students.

Film Locations — We have begun sending requests to film in a room at each State Capitol.  Thus far, only the State of North Dakota is the only state to respond with a room and other accommodations.  Anyone who can arrange a room for us to use in any of the towns where we will be filming, we would certainly appreciate it.  Thus far, we have rooms provided by some film studios, a TV studio, churches, and a casino.  The lobby of a hotel can work.  If a room is provided, we could work with just about any size room though 500 square feet would probably be ideal.  We would LOVE to get one major hotel chain to agree that we can use a meeting room or the corner of their hotel lobby; contacts are being made.

Mobile Film Studio (RV) — Unfortunately, the generous donor friend who offered to provide a new RV bus for the trip has had to withdraw his offer due to circumstances beyond his control (divorce).  So, we are working on Plan C and D.  We found an excellent vehicle that is available to us, but then the possibility of a much larger, much nicer RV bus popped up.  We don’t have much time to leave this critical item unresolved.  I plan to finalize arrangements by May 27 one way or another.  One of our volunteers, Paul Irey, is producing the graphic design for the “Mobile Film Studio.”

Donations — Our “no-budget movie” has received donations from over 100 people.  Huge THANK YOU to all who have donated.  It appears that we will fail in our effort to raise $50,000, but hope springs eternal.  There are several significant potential donations lurking out there.  If you can afford a few bucks or $50,000, please donate.

Volunteers — We need more help.  On Monday, I am going to publish an updated article indicating the projects that we need help with.  I’ll post this after we see what the existing volunteers have done by their Sunday deadline.  Two specific needs are someone to coordinate the publicity efforts and someone to coordinate the student crewmembers; these jobs can be done primarily by email.  We could certainly use more people who know ow to do site scraping as we want to scrape names and email addresses for all of the major newspapers and TV sttaions in each state; I have the lists so we just need people to scrape.  If you don’t know how to do site scraping but would like to learn how, two of the easiest are Mozenda and an add-in for Firefox called Outwit.

Movie Listings — Everyone who is being filmed will have a page on this website.  This is the index page for the Movie Listings.  This is an example of a Movie Listing.  We will be adding an easy-to-use state index and a map.  A significant number of those being filmed have logged in to add information to their page.  Everyone can add photos, information about their experiences, videos, documents, and more.  I wanted to have all of these finished before the trip began, but we simply haven’t received the basic information from waaay too many.  So, we will now just have to finalize each state as we go.  Each evening, I will ensure that the Movie Listings for the folks filmed that day are prepared.  We will upload their video and link it to their page.  If you are to be filmed, please be sure to login and update your Movie Listing.  Each of the participants was sent a special login and password for this.

Equipment — We have everything that we must have.  We still have a few items on our wish list.  If anyone has a High Definition video camera that they would be willing to loan us for the trip, we could use another camera for the student crews to use shooting B-roll.  If a donor doesn’t step up, we may need to use some of the donations to buy or rent another camera.

Music — Several volunteers have offered to produce music for the movie.  We are delighted to consider anything that these creative people put together!  So, if you have volunteered or would like to volunteer to produce a theme song or do the whole soundtrack, we would love to see what you have to offer.

Special Events — Participants have taken it upon themselves to organize special events in the towns where they will be filmed.  A number of special things have been planned.  We have added Memphis, Tennessee to the itinerary after Little Rock, Arkansas because some people in Memphis want to make an event in Memphis the biggest and best of the whole trip.  So, if you would like to put something together, let me know.  Crowds are good.

T-Shirts and Caps — We have the official Lawless America caps, and the T-Shirts are expected next week.  We will have these for sale at each stop.  the caps are dark grey with the logo.  The T-Shirts are black with the Lawless America logo on the front and the back.  On the back it says: “See me in the Movie” above the logo and “Stop Government and Judicial Corruption” below the logo.  Caps are $15 and T-Shirts are $17.  The profits will all be used to cover expenses of the movie.

Food and Pie Donations –Several wonderful people have offered to bring food for the crew.  Food is a big expense, so we will graciously accept such kind donations.  Some of you know that my wife and I previously drove to all 50 states on two-lane roads.  We saw the sights that most people miss, and we ate at local cafes and restaurants where they almost always serve great pie.  We ate 181 pieces of pie in 148 days.  Pie just works well with a roadtrip, so we will not be shy about welcoming any and all pies.  Tongue out

Briefing for Participants –The trip begins Thursday, June 14.  So, on Sunday, June 10, we will have a briefing for all participants from 5-7 pm Eastern Time.  Please plan to attend.  It will be telecast live at www.Livestream.com/lawlessamerica, and it will be on TalkShoe.  We simply do not have the staff or the time to speak with you individually, so please tune in.  You can ask questions on the chat board, or you can call in to TalkShoe, or we can call you.  A special email will be sent out about this a week ahead of time.

The Basics

Lawless America…The Movie is all about exposing the fact that we now live in Lawless America.  We no longer have laws that are enforced because judges do whatever they want to do.  America has also become lawless because government officials are dishonest and/or corrupt.

The movie will expose corruption in every state.  The Movie will focus on victims.  Corrupt judges and corrupt government officials will be exposed, and we will confront a number of the crooks.

If anyone has ever questioned the story of a person who has expressed the view that they were a victim of the government or of judges, this movie will prove that the odds are that the corruption report was true.  In fact, there are probably tens of millions of victims in the United States who never realized what happened to them.

One feature length documentary movie is being produced.  It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals.

thumbs-hotties-2002-bill-windsor-gives-the-thumbs-up-as-the-1955-chevy-200w

In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruption.  Everyone who is interviewed for the film will record a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress as well as a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and GRIP, and candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives.  The legislators in each state will receive the testimony from those in their state, and the members of the U.S. House and Senate will receive all of the testimony nationwide.

Over 750 people are already scheduled to be interviewed for the movie.  We will continue to accept as many requests as possible.

The 50-state road trip is planned to take 143 days.  Here is the itinerary for Lawless America…the Movie.  The road trip starts in Atlanta and heads North and travels counterclockwise around the country.  From Olympia, Washington, we will head up to Juneau, Alaksa.  Upon the return to Atlanta, Bill Windsor will fly to Honolulu as the 50th state.

All filming will be done either at the State Capitol, at a courthouse in the state capital, or in a meeting room near the Capitol.  For those who are unable to travel to the capital, you can still appear in the videos by recording your own video or by being interviewed on camera by Bill Windsor using a webcam and Skype.  Webcams are available on loan to those who need one for their interview.

It is our plan that this movie can educate many, many people about the reality that America is broken.  We will expose many corrupt judges and government officials.  We hope to generate a lot of publicity about corruption that the mainstream media usually hides from the public.

We will deliver proposed judicial reform legislation to the governor and legislators at each state Capitol.

We will make room in the film schedule for anyone with a great story of corruption.  Email bill@lawlessamerica.com.
