June 22, 2015 was to be Day 1 of Bill Windsor’s Tweet-Gate Trial in Missoula Montana.
Bill Windsor would be one nervous guy about now with the trial scheduled to start in less than 8 hours….
But, efforts to disqualify Judge James A. Haynes have thus far generated two Stays. The trial is now scheduled for September 28, 2015.
I’m representing myself. I’m rarely uncomfortable speaking to a group, but I anticipate being plenty nervous come September 28. It’s pretty serious stuff when the rest of your life could be what’s at stake.
The prosecutor has no case, so it is hard for me to imagine that they won’t bail out rather than suffer defeat at the hands of a pro se senior citizen. And a crazy terrorist senior citizen, or so they’d like to claim.
I was out of commission for several weeks due to illness, so I’d have really been up the old creek without a paddle if the case hadn’t been continued. The delay until September is giving me the time to address all of my Texas legal issues. I’d have probably lost those otherwise.
I celebrated Father’s Day with a 10 pm drive-thru at McDonald’s. I wanted a 10 pm breakfast at Cracker Barrell, but they roll up the sidewalks here. There is a really poor selection of restaurants in Missoula. To give you an idea, there is always a long line at The DQ. God Bless Fuddruckers! I’m good for at least one visit a week.
I am really ready to get the Hell out of Montana. But I am also still trying to get in to see a neurologist about my dizziness. I did a Yahoo search for dizziness from pressure on the back of the skull and found it could be any of a wide variety of unattractive options.
I plan to see Montana in the rearview mirror not later than the Fourth of July.
Despite my dizziness, I got a lot of work done this weekend. Four boxes were shipped to the Tenth Court of Appeals in Waco, Texas…so all of my appeals are pretty much done. I hope.

On June 3, 2015, I wrote an article titled “Americans do not have the right to a fair trial or an impartial judge.” In that article, I wrote that I was filing a Motion for Reconsideration. I also predicted that Chief Justice Mike McGrath of Montana would deny it and that I would be stuck with Judge James A. Haynes who seems intent on doing anything and everything he can to see me get raped.
Here’s the Order Denying my Motion for Reconsideration. As you will see, Judge Mike McGrath ignored the facts and the law. This is perhaps the most-used corruption tactic by judges — they simply issue an order against you while ignoring the facts and the law that required them to rule otherwise.
On May 12, 2015, I filed an absolutely proper Second Motion to Disqualify Judge James A. Haynes. It was the “second,” because the original motion somehow magically disappeared.
Chief Justice Mike McGrath (a University of Montana alum) claimed that I failed to allege facts showing personal bias or prejudice. Here’s the Order Denying the Motion to Disqualify.
This is total bullshit. As Bill Windsor did allege facts showing personal bias — 54 sworn paragraphs listing specific examples of prejudice.
The Affidavit of William M. Windsor filed with the Second Motion to Disqualify Judge James A. Haynes specifically expresses personal bias and prejudice in sworn paragraphs 26, 27, 28, 63, 64, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 83, 84, 85, 86, 92, 93, 94, 95, 97, 98, 100, 102, 103, 104, 106, 108, 109, 110, 111, and 112. Paragraphs 79, 81, and 85 express that recordings and transcripts of hearings are needed to document the bias and prejudice. In addition, 24 sworn paragraphs in the Second Motion to Disqualify Judge James A. Haynes also cited specific examples of bias and prejudice. I spelled all of this out in my Motion for Reconsideration. The facts REQUIRED that Judge Mike McGrath designate a judge to hold a hearing to decide if Judge James A. Haynes should be disqualified.
But judges like Chief Justice Mike McGrath do not let the undeniable facts get in the way of their dishonesty. They simply pretend the facts don’t exist. I’m not surprised by this because this is what dishonest and corrupt judges do. The Montana Supreme Court has proven to be hoplessly corrupt again and again. Judge James A. Haynes was hand-picked to be the judge in my case so I would get screwzy vousey youseyed. I have experienced this throughout my court experiences over the last 10 years, and I have seen it time and again in the cases of others.
There is only one true law in courts in America: You have no rights because judges can and will do whatever they want.
In the case of William M. Windsor, the State of Montana judicial and law enforcement “systems” are providing a textbook example of exactly how corruption works. Americans need to know that you, like Bill Windsor, can have never committed a crime in your life, but if corrupt police, prosecuting attorneys, and judges want to get you, they can and will. Bill Windsor’s only “crime” is that he has been exposing these corrupt scumbags.

Bill Windsor set out to film a movie exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption. He traveled to every state (except Alaska), and he filmed over 750 stories of corruption and has thousands more who wanted to be filmed. Evil people, some working for various government entities and committing crimes, set out to destroy Bill Windsor and the movie, Lawless America. Bill Windsor has been defamed online in the largest case of defamation in U.S. history. His life has been threatened many times. A UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE, Sean Boushie, attempted to murder Bill Windsor. Sean Boushie then falsely claimed that Bill stalked him, threatened him with a gun, and a host of other lies. Corrupt courts gave Sean Boushie a Temporary Order of Protection. It expired on September 16, 2013, but corrupt Montana and Texas folks pretended it still existed, and a bench warrant was issued for unsuspecting Bill.
Bill Windsor was put into the Ellis County Texas Jail illegally for 53 days as a political prisoner — held for extradition. William M. Windsor was then unlawfully held in the Ada County Idaho Jail for 35 days and then illegally handed over to two Missoula County Montana Sheriff’s Deputies on March 25, 2015. He was held there for 46 days (a grand total of 134 days behind bars). He escaped (on bond) at 11:30 am on May 9, 2015.
The State of Montana has filed five criminal charges against William M. Windsor for sending a Tweet, publishing the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE‘s name (the would-be killer Sean Boushie) four times, sending a legal notice email to a University of Montana attorney, and filming the movie and the pilot for a TV show that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in the country. “Law enforcement” had LawlessAmerica.com removed from the Internet. This website contains over 1,400 articles exposing corruption. Bill Windsor worked with a friendly offshore hosting company to return the website to the Internet outside the clutches of American evildoers. He wasn’t so lucky when Facebook removed the movie page falsely claiming it promoted nudity, pornography, and solicitation of sex … or when AT&T canceled the email that he used on everything related to the movie for years falsely claiming he violated their Terms of Service.
