The Judicial Council of Georgia shows how court personnel allow court transcripts to be falsified and covers up the criminal acts of court reporters and judges.
This is not a problem isolated to Georgia. One of the corrupt things that judges do is to have the transcript falsified.
If you feel that your hearing transcript was falsified, find out what administrative body in your state handles complaints of falsified court transcripts.
When I discovered that one of my court transcripts had been falsified, I began by sending a letter to the court reporter. I filed a motion. Both were ignored.
I included the falsification as grounds on appeal.
I then determined that the Judicial Council of Georgia was the agency that handles complaints over falisified court transcripts. I filed a complaint with the Judicial Council of Georgia, and it was dismissed. There was no valid reason whatsoever to dismiss it.
I filed an appeal of that decision as well as criminal charges against members of the Judicial Council of Georgia.
The action and inaction of the Judicial Council of Georgia on this serious charge of felonies by a court reporter and judge prove without question that the Judicial Council of Georgia committed crimes in the handling of this matter. These judicial personnel should be indicted, arrested, convicted, imprisoned, and impeached. In dismissing this complaint, the members of the Judicial Council of Georgia committed multiple crimes:
Misprision of Felony — 18 U.S.C. 4.
Obstruction of Justice and Witness Tampering — 18 U.S.C. § 1503
Aiding and abetting the commisison of a felony.
RICO (Organized Crime) crimes can be shown– 18 U.S.C. § 1961–1968 (and violation of the Georgia RICO Act.)
I had observers in the courtroom so I was able to immediately obtain sworn affidavits. It is VERY IMPORTANT to have people in the courtroom whenever you have a hearing. I then documented everything. You need to be able to prove everything that happens. I encourage everyone who has been the victim of falsified transcripts to file complaints. We must all build all the proof we can get of judicial corruption.
The legal system does not work because of the dishonesty and corruption in our courts.
