William M. Windsor has sued Joeyisalittlekid.blogspot.com and all the Joeys. Bill Windsor is the plaintiff in a lawsuit for defamation, conspiracy, and other causes of action.
This is believed to be the largest case of defamation in history with thousands of defamatory statements by as many as 700 co-conspirators.
The defamatory statements falsely say Bill Windsor has committed all types of crimes and wrongdoing — everything from sex crimes to tax fraud to theft to planning the murders of thousands of government officials.
A key in the lawsuit is to have proof that two or more of the Joeys conspired to do an unlawful act In this case, the two people are Casey P. Hargrove and Shonda Hargrove (believed to be the infamous “Ginger Snap,”) and Allie Overstreet.
As I was reading the better than 7,000 pages of Joeyisalittlekid.blogspot.com (which is mainly defamation of me), I came across articles that used emails that I had sent. But as I read, I immediately knew that I didn’t write what Ginger Snap showed. Sentences were added to the emails to defame me in my profession. I had copied the emails to Allie Overstreet when she was a volunteer for Lawless America…The Movie, so she is the only person who could have provided the emails to Ginger Snap. While the emails were confidential and I had demanded the return of my property in writing, Allie Overstreet instead gave some or all of my property to Ginger Snap of Joeyisalittlekid.
It seems clear to me that the two of them conspired to falsify the emails, publish the falsified emails, and generate hatred and defamatory comments from the other Joeys and anyone who read the published information. The comments from the readers are horrible. There was a feeding frenzy of hate.
I knew I had the originals of the emails still on my computer. I printed copies. I am ready for a forensic examination of my computer to prove these are the original emails.
Now this is the type of thing that most dishonest defendants in a lawsuit will conveniently hide or destroy, but Allie Overstreet seems to have slipped up and produced her copy of one of the two emails. This provides absolute proof that the email she had matches mine, and the email published by Ginger Snap was falsified.
As I see it, this gives me proof of what the conspiracy did. I want the jury to find that this is proof of the conspiracy and that this makes ALL of the Joeys jointly and severally liable for a massive amount of damages.

To those who have published false and/or defamatory information about me: CEASE AND DESIST. Correct and make a retraction of all of the false and/or defamatory information. If you don’t have absolute proof that your published statements are true, then issue a correction and retraction. The correction and retraction must include the following: (1) Give your legal name, address, and contact information. (2) List each false and/or defamatory statement with a specific statements that it is false and a retraction. So, if 3,000 false and defamatory statements have been made, 3,000 separate corrections and retractions must be published. (3) Publish this on Joeyisalittlekid’s website, and it must also appear on each and every website where the false and/or defamtory information has been spread on the Internet. So, if the information has spread to 1,500,000 web pages, the correction and retraction must appear on all 1,500,000. There are hundreds of screen names who have published false and/or defamatory information on joeyisalittlekid.BlogSpot.com. It is impossible for me to list each specific false and/or defamatory statement because there are approximately 40,000 published statements, and there are thousands, if not tens of thousands, of false and/or defamatory statements or support for such statements. Casey Hargrove is in the real estate business with his father, Clyde Hargrove, in Red Oak, Texas in Ellis County Texas. He has not denied that he and/or his wife, Shonda, are “Ginger Snap,” the operator of the hate site, Joeyisalittlekid. Casey Hargrove either is or was a city councilman in Red Oak, Texas. I suspect the people of Red Oak, Texas will be surprised to read all that “Ginger Snap” has published. I don’t know Casey Hargrove or Shonda Hargrove, but I do know Clyde Hargrove. I believe Casey Hargrove and/or Shonda Hargrove acted as “Ginger Snap” and simply targeted me because I was filming some people they didn’t like. What followed was what I believe is the biggest case of cyberstalking in history. Malicious, outrageous, vicious published statements, recorded videos, and “radio” talk shows. What the Joeys have done is beyond sick.
I have thus far been unable to get a Texas court to enjoin these folks and force them to take down all the defamatory material. Until that is done, I feel I have no choice but to deny all the defamation here.
