Scott Garrett, County Attorney of Iron County is, in my opinion, one of the most corrupt attorneys in America. And that’s a tough category in which to rank so high.
I believe Scott Garrett of Cedar City Utah needs to be indicted, arrested, imprisoned, convicted, disgraced, bankrupted, and removed from office. I ask federal investigators to descend on Iron County Utah and get this man in prison.
Scott Garrett seems to run Iron County Utah. From my research, I believe Scott Garrett does the following: Scott Garrett convicts innocent people. Scott Garrett and staff routinely violate the rights of those they have accused of crimes. Scott Garrett and his staff routinely lie in court, lie in general, conceal evidence, and much more. Scott Garrett and staff target those citizens who do not share his religious beliefs (Mormon). Scott Garrett and staff are viciously vindictive against anyone who would even attempt to stand up to him.
I spent the day in Cedar City Utah On October 12, 2012, and I filmed 11 people, all of whom contacted me 48 hours before. It was an unscheduled stop. The area newspapers came.
I learned that Scott Garrett, Iron County Attorney, is one of the most corrupt government officials in America. We must get him indicted, arrested, convicted, imprisoned, disgraced, bankrupted, and impeached. Scott Garrett of Cedar City Utah and Iron County Utah is worse than a crook; he is a vindictive crook, and if you aren’t a Mormon, you are a target.

Bill Windsor is traveling across the US and exposing instances of corruption and wrongdoing. Bill is so right when he says that this country has become “lawless.” So many people have had thier constitutional rights violated to serve the corrupt Judges, Polititians and so called law enforcement. What Mr. Windsor is doing is a great public service to all US citizens. He is aiding those who have superior knowledge of corruption in the courts to be able to shed sunlight on a massive societal inequity and systemic unjustice, justice system. I follow his progress on Facebook at Lawless America and know that I am watching history in the making. I have met Mr. Windsor and find him to be a man of honor and a great communicator. I have no doubt he will be successful at causing needed change in federal and state judicial branches of government. As the story continues to unfold, Mr. Windsor is proving himself to be a true American hero.
It is my hope that Bill’s work will make it into every local paper in this nation and abroad. We need to clean up our system if we hope to remain a leader of nations. Unfortunately, these stories he’s collecting are what you’d expect to hear in underdeveloped third world nations, not the USA.

Finally, an editor with the balls to cover JUDICIAL corruption! The local paper in Flagstaff, The Daily Sun, is part and parcel of the corruption. They printed a story that a local judge had retired from the bench, when she was actually removed from the bench. We provided the editor with all the paperwork to prove this, but to no avail. They refused to cover the story as they refused to cover the biggest story they’ve had in 50 years – that the local mayoral election was rigged – something they also provided proof of. We later discovered that the publisher and editor are part and parcel of covering up judicial and government corruption. The Spectrum deserves an award.

On a personal note.. I escaped an abusive relationship with two small children, who would both be diagnosed with PTSD. We were thrown on the street like trash, the ex said he “wants me to know how it feels to be hurt” and filed for sole custody of both children, all the while refusing to support the children while we lived on the street. This person is a wanted fugitive, he swindled thousands of dollars from a food shelf & was diagnosed by the court as having a serious mental illness, that is almost incurable. There are 12+ allegations of abuse against him that continue to this day. The Court ignored the mountains of evidence I presented & gave full custody to the alleged abuser. The GAL told me not to report abuse because I am “being negative” and I was told not to make comments about physical or mental endangerment to my children, and instead I should “just focus on my visits”. She is willingly and with purpose, refusing to look at the 50+ pages of documentation I provided, interview witnesses, and ignoring medical evidence & police reports. There is no justice in family court! Children’s lives are being put at risk. I am scared that I will loose even the limited amount of visitation I have for speaking out. As a mother I cannot and will not remain silent while my children remain unsafe. When Bill Windsor came to my state, it was an answer to my prayers. Bill took the time to listen to my story, he saw the documentation I presented, and for once I felt like a real human being–for once I could express my pain & emotion without fear of reprisal. Bill Windsor operates with the utmost professionalism, he works tirelessly & truly cares. The Basics
Lawless America…The Movie is all about exposing the fact that we now live in Lawless America. We no longer have laws that are enforced because judges do whatever they want to do. America has also become lawless because government officials are dishonest and/or corrupt.
The movie will expose corruption in every state. The Movie will focus on victims. Corrupt judges and corrupt government officials will be exposed, and we will confront a number of the crooks.
If anyone has ever questioned the story of a person who has expressed the view that they were a victim of the government or of judges, this movie will prove that the odds are that the corruption report was true. In fact, there are probably tens of millions of victims in the United States who never realized what happened to them.
One feature length documentary movie is being produced. It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals.
In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruption. Everyone who is interviewed for the film will record a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress as well as a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and GRIP, and candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives. The legislators in each state will receive the testimony from those in their state, and the members of the U.S. House and Senate will receive all of the testimony nationwide.
Over 750 people are already scheduled to be interviewed for the movie. We will continue to accept as many requests as possible.
The 50-state road trip is planned to take 166 days. Here is the itinerary for Lawless America…the Movie. The road trip starts in Atlanta and heads North and travels counterclockwise around the country. From Olympia, Washington, we will head up to Juneau, Alaksa. Upon the return to Atlanta, Bill Windsor will fly to Honolulu as the 50th state.
All filming will be done either at the State Capitol, at a courthouse in the state capital, or in a meeting room near the Capitol. For those who are unable to travel to the capital, you can still appear in the videos by recording your own video or by being interviewed on camera by Bill Windsor using a webcam and Skype. Webcams are available on loan to those who need one for their interview.
It is our plan that this movie can educate many, many people about the reality that America is broken. We will expose many corrupt judges and government officials. We hope to generate a lot of publicity about corruption that the mainstream media usually hides from the public.
We will deliver proposed judicial reform legislation to the governor and legislators at each state Capitol.
