91. On or Approx June 15th 2011, I met Mary Deenen. She was reading my blogs about Lincoln County corruption in a cafe in Whitefish, MT. I noticed her and said hello. She was the wife of Randy Wilson, Interbel Eureka, MT. I had heard of her but never met her. As Randy Wilson’s affairs and mistreatment of her was common knowledge.
Randy Wilson had taken away Mary’s rights to see her children. County Attorney Bernie Cassidy aided him with unconstitutional protective orders. Mary Deenen exposed Lyme Disease in Montana, in which NIH in Hamilton MT wanted to cover up. Prompt Care in Eureka, MT as well as the Kalispell Regional hospital were trying to hide that Lyme Disease was in Montana. Mary Deenen (Wilson) was tortured by Montana Law Enforcement and Judges and denied access to her children, all for exposing NIH, Lyme Disease and the medical cover up in the State of Montana.

Crystal Cox restraining order I see a few people searching for this topic. Here’s the info…. Cox petitioned for an order against me in at least nine different municipal, justice and district courts, she was denied in all cases. Her request was based on a fraudulent email she sent to her self (not the first time or first person she did this too).
She did this in order to get her face on Spreadbury’s BS crapumentary. In fact I have a clip of Cox her self saying she does not know where the email came from, but magically some how she does now. Being sick of her and Spreadbury’s threats, I ask
I asked for and received a TRO from the Honorable Robin Clute, which was eventually extended to one year. Cox was a blubbering puddle of tears, I enjoyed it… Three days later Cox paid off a backwoods worthless Justice of the Peace, Stormy Langston, from Eureka, MT to issue her a TRO against me. She traded control of stormylangston.com for this order. Langston threatened to have me arrested when I told her to shove her order, I told her send the SWAT team and let’s do it. I am still waiting and ready.
Langston did not have the legal authority to issue one TRO on top of an existing TRO from another county. The hearing was a sham with Cox crying like a baby, and having already presented Langston all her lies outside court without my presence, she was given a 90 day TRO against me. I appealed that TRO on principal, received multiple threats from variouos kowards that I would not live through the appeal hearing, I would die on my way to Libby, they would shoot me as I entered the courtroom, ect ect.
As I knew all the Cox supporters including her are worthless cowards, no one showed, not even Cox. too bad, I was ready for a fight. Judge Preazeau reversed and dismissed the order, reprimanded Langston and assured me Langston would not have authority to send me anything again.

On November 18th 2011, there was a District of Oregon, Federal court hearing to decide on a court motion to Exclude Sean Boushie form a Federal court case in Oregon, because he was threatening, taunting and harassing the federal defendant Crystal Cox. At that time I had the domain parked for a bit at a company called TrafficZ. Sean Boushie sent TrafficZ an offer to purchase SeanBoushie.com, with a nasty note.
Sean Boushie did this from the University of Montana, and from the Gmail Address SeanBoushie@Gmail.com, as seen directly frm the TrafficZ email, which I certify is true and correct and welcome any expert in forensics.
The email, as seen in Exhibits, has an IP with it from TrafficZ, in their official offer. I have also attached an IP search, see exhibits which proves that the offer was sent from the University of Montana servers.
Sean Boushie, through his Gmail account, while at the University of Montana, sent the attached offer to the company TrafficZ.

“Spreadbury’s complaint was assigned to the Hon. James A. Haynes of the Twenty First Judicial District, Ravalli County. Judge Haynes voluntarily offered to withdraw from the case before rendering any rulings in light of his discovery that he formerly had been married to a person referred to in one of the police reports. Spreadbury objected to Judge Haynes’s effort to disqualify himself on the grounds that Judge Haynes’s request “for disqualification is unethical.” Spreadbury specifically stipulated to Judge Haynes’s continuance to preside over the case. “
127. I have regularly read Mr. Windsor’s Facebook pages from 2012 to the present. I have seen and read the defamatory statements, obscene language, harassment, and threats posted in the name of Sean Boushie and various aliases on Facebook. I have seen and read about threats to Mr. Windsor. The University of Montana has knowingly protected Sean Boushie. I believe the University of Montana and Sean Boushie conspire to damage people like Mr. Windsor, Mary Wilson, Michael Spreadbury, me, and others. From what I have seen published online, Sean Boushie has worked with a group called Joeyisalittlekid in Texas in the defamation, harassment, and stalking of Mr. Windsor and has stalked, harassed, bullied and caused irreparable harm to Bill Windsor and with willful and wanton malicious intent.

“I’m sorry you feel that way, Crystal. We are just bound by the Constitution and the law, and the FBI really can’t do anything if there’s no federal crime. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has made it very difficult to charge Internet-related threat cases due to the free speech issues involved. To date, based on my experience with these issues on a regular basis, the communications you’ve forwarded me from Mr. Boushie do not meet the threshhold for us to open a case. 142. Aug 22, 2013, Michael Spreadbury emailed the following to Bill Windsor:
“Bill,
My first experience with Sean Boushie was due to his threats to Crystal Cox. I wrote the protection request that Judge Haynes rejected in 2009 (clerk experience in Ravalli Co on Youtube). I called Boushie at work at the University (to see what he was all about) and he threatened to kill Ms. Cox on that 15 minute sole phone call I had with him around that time.”
143. on August 23, 2013, Sean Boushie filed a police report with the Missoula Police Department, the initial report was taken by Officer Ethan Smith, Case Number P130823-10
Exhibit 11. Supervisor Review was done by Officer Paul Kelly, as Exhibits show. The date on the report is October 30th, 2013.
The Report claims that officer Ethan Smith met with Sean Boushie on August 23, 2013. And that at that time Sean Boushie reported being stalked by another male. (Bill Windsor).
This report claimed that I, Crystal Cox had passed away and that Bill Windsor had got some sort of alleged victims list, allegedly of mine. Clearly not factual.
The report also claimed that I received money from some alleged bank statements allegedly from Sean’s father, of which is also easily proven as false.
Officer Smith did not do any investigation into the judicial record of facts on this matter, regarding Sean Boushie being the stalker, the abuser and NOT the VICTIM.
Officer Smith did not research any evidence as filed by Bill Windsor or myself with the Missoula Police, the University of Montana Police, Hamilton Police, Eureka Police and multiple Montana Judges, to easily prove this as fact.
I, Crystal Cox, named in this report and having provable information as to the facts of the case, and also having my own report with Detective Jamie Merifield of the Missoula Police Department regarding Sean Boushie stalking me and threatening to kill me in 2009, was not contacted or interviewed by the Missoula Police Department nor the University of Montana police or attorneys or the Missoula County Attorney.
Most likely because the Missoula Police Department believed I had “passed away” and did not research this easy to find, well known information. As I was, by then in national media around the world regarding my blogs reporting on corruption.
This malicious, willful, wanton defamatory, false police report was taken as truth, with no real investigation into the facts of the case. And has caused irreparable harm to Sean Boushie’s victims such as Bill Windsor, Mary Deneen, Michael Spreadbury and me, Crystal Cox.
The Missoula Police Department and the University of Montana could have prevented Bill Windsor and his company, family and associates as well as Mary Deneen from being maliciously attacked by Sean Boushie and having their lives ruined and under constant duress, however, the Missoula Police Department and the University of Montana did not take any of this serious just as they do not regarding other stalking complaint and rapes. The facts are easily found but they did not bother.
This report, as seen in Exhibit 11, is full of verifiably false statement by Sean Boushie to officer Ethan Smith. One of these is claims that I, Crystal Cox had passed away, that I had some alleged victims list of people who allegedly pay me, and that there was some alleged bank statements proving that I had been paid by Sean Boushie’s father to harass Sean Boushie. All of this is easily verified as FALSE.
With no adjudicated fact or evidence at all in the police report, from this the MIssoula County Attorney’s office pursued a criminal case against whistleblower, anti-corruption blogger, Film Producer Bill Windsor.
144. On September 4th, 2013, Detective Chris Shermer met with and interviewed Sean Boushie, the alleged victim. The supervisor review on this was Officer Travis Welsh, as seen in Exhibit 11. This report was again full of lies and details having nothing to do with whistleblower, reporter Bill Windsor. Sean Boushie’s relationship with his wife and father and law have nothing to do with a protective order against a reporter REPORTING on judicial and law enforcement alleged corruption in Montana.
This report discusses the CLEAR fact that Bill Windsor has First Amendment rights. Yet the University of Montana and the Missoula County Attorney JAILED Bill Windsor for speaking online about all this, and reporting on the Crystal Cox and Michael Spreadbury story.
Here, Exhibit 11, you see that no laws are being broken, and the First Amendment applies, yet months later Bill Windsor is jailed in Ellis County Texas, then again in Idaho all because of the State of Montana allegedly barring him from his First Amendment Rights and totally ignoring Shield Laws in all those States.
All to STOP the flow of information regarding the allegations of corrupt Montana cops, judges, and politicians. And the involvement of the University of Montana and the Missoulian Newspaper to cover up these alleged crimes. Which are 100% TRUE.
Detective Chris Shermer did not contact me to interview me, Crystal Cox, whom is easy to find online as I have over 1200 blogs reporting on corruption, many of which have my contact information and so does my hundreds to thousands of court filings. As well as so does the Missoula Police Department have my contact information via me reporting Sean Boushie threatening to kill me in 2009, as seen above.
I was named in the report and should have been contacted, interviewed before they pursued criminal charges against a whistleblower who was reporting on my Montana protective order being denied and my Death Threat from Sean Boushie and the fact that University of Montana ignored my cries for help and complaints for years, and those of Michael Spreadbury.
Bill Windsor’s connection with Sean Boushie did not “stem” from Sean Boushie’s father in law as the Detective Chris Shermer report claims.
Bill Windsor’s connection to Sean Boushie came with the Denial of protection of Crystal Cox, me, then Montana Investigative Blogger. As I had reported and proved to multiple Montana courts, Judges and Law Enforcement and to the University of Montana Police that Sean Boushie was stalking me, bullying me and threatened to kill me and was conspiring with others including local cops to keep me under constant watch, threat, and intimidation. Montana Law Enforcement and the University of Montana IGNORED my rights.
Bill Windsor, anti-corruption blogger, whistleblower and film producer reported on my story and from that on Michael Spreadbury who was also, at that time, reporting on alleged cops and judged in Montana that were dangerous and corrupt.
Detective Chris Shermer did not bother to interview Paul Stramer, Sean Boushie’s father in law for his side of the story, he simply took Sean Boushie’s false allegations as fact.
Detective Chris Shermer says in this report that he spoke with Judge Karen Townsend, and warned her of Bill Windsor’s bizarre behavior. Yet Detective Chris Shermer did not bother to look into the deadly, defaming, dangerous bullying of and ACTUAL “bizarre” behavior and flat out lies in the police report from Sean Boushie the actual stalker and abuser.
Detective Chris Shermer falsified information to a Judge, in which harmed a whistleblower, a reporting telling the WHOLE TRUTH and nothing but and with years of evidence to back it up.
Detective Chris Shermer is not above the law, and his willful wanton action to harm a reporter is unethical, unlawful and certainly unconstitutional. And all this without interviewing me or any of the 1200 people that Bill Windsor really crossed the United States to interview and Film and not in some bizarre trip to attack Sean Boushie or his employer, the University of Montana.
Detective Chris Shermer claims to have spoke with Missoula County Attorney Jason Marks and that there were no violations. Yet Bill Windsor, Whistleblower, Anti-Corruption Blogger and Film Producer goes to jail in 3 different states and is stripped of his rights of due process, his civil rights and his constitutional rights all based on Sean Bouushie’s false, unadjudicated statements regarding me, Crystal Cox and Bill Windsor.
Officer Walt Dinges, seems to close out the complaint, as seen in Exhibit 11. Yet the state of Montana goes extremely out of it’s way to jail Bill Windsor in Texas, In Idaho and to bring him to jail in Missoula Montana where he, being his own attorney is given only a gold pencil to file legal documents and is completely stripped of his rights of due process, civil and constitutional rights.
145. January 2014, I won my Ninth Circuit appeal of Obsidian v. Cox. There is now a CLEAR higher court precedent that rules as a matter of law that all bloggers are equal in the court of law to all journalists and have a legal right to report the news, break the news as well as the right to parody, gripe, and complain.
146. On October 29th, 2014 Reporter, Anti-Corruption Blogger, Whistleblower, Film Producer Bill (William) Windsor was jailed in Ellis County Texas based on a report filed in MT on Oct. 3rd 2014 in Missoula County, MT. Exhibit 11 Police Report.
Windsor had been reporting on the story of Crystal Cox and Michael Spreadbury, who are anti-corruption bloggers that had been reporting on what they, we alleged to be corrupt cops, judges and Montana County attorneys, as well as reporting on Steve Bullock then Attorney General now Governor and on NIH Montana.
We blogged about corruption in Montana starting around 2008. As far as I know Montana corruption has shut down most of Michael Spreadbury’s blogs and I, Crystal Cox lost my Montana home, business and left the state in fear of my life from Sean Boushie and from Montana Law Enforcement I proved was working with him in order to attempt to silence me.
This sworn affidavit again clearly proves that the University of Montana and all Montana Law Enforcement ignored what Sean Boushie was doing, in order to protect him in taunting us.
There is years worth of massive proof yet ALL Montana Law Enforcement, Judge, County Attorneys and the University of Montana IGNORE the facts and instead keep insisting that the lie is the truth.
I fully believe that the University of Montana in conjunction with Governor Steve Bullock and possibly homeland security, pay bloggers such as Sean Boushie to harass, taunt, bully and intimidate anti-corruption bloggers. They do this in the name of finding the bad guy but instead they use it to cover up widespread corruption in the State of Montana.
For over 8 years now Sean Boushie has relentlessly harassed, intimidated, stalked, harassed, bullied and defamed me Crystal Cox as well as Bill Windsor, Mary Deneen (Wilson), and Michael Spreadbury. All of whom have reporting on decades of corruption in Montana, death by cops, drug deal cover ups, NIH fraud in Hamilton Montana, NIH sound danger and not protecting the public, corrupt and over reaching judges in Montana, corrupt Montana politicians, lyme disease cover up in Montana.
I haved moved out of Montana and am focused on my Church. However, I will not lie, I will not break the law and I will not let the lie stand in the place of the truth, even if Montana Law Enforcement chooses to believe the lie and cover up corruption. At least my conscience is clear knowing that I have told the truth, the full truth to the best of my ability.

I fully believe, after all I have learned over the last decade of reporting on corruption across America and even in other countries, that Sean Boushie is a paid stalker. I believe that he is paid by one or all of the following; Governor Steve Bullock (starting when he was the Montana Attorney General), the University of Montana in connection with Bullock and with Homeland security and Royce Engstrom, and possibly the FBI.
I am all for those agencies working online to find the truth. However, in our case, we have been literally terrorized in effort to intimidate us, force us, bully us in to STOPPING our whistle blowing efforts. Bill Windsor’s Saga
Bill Windsor set out to film a movie exposing government, judicial, and law enforcement corruption. He traveled to every state (except Alaska), and he filmed over 750 stories of corruption and has thousands more who wanted to be filmed. Evil people, some working for various government entities and committing crimes, set out to destroy Bill Windsor and the movie, Lawless America. Bill Windsor has been defamed online in the largest case of defamation in U.S. history. His life has been threatened many times. A UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE, Sean Boushie, attempted to murder Bill Windsor. Sean Boushie then falsely claimed that Bill stalked him, threatened him with a gun, and a host of other lies. Corrupt courts gave Sean Boushie a Temporary Order of Protection. It expired on September 16, 2013, but corrupt Montana and Texas folks pretended it still existed, and a bench warrant was issued for unsuspecting Bill.
Bill Windsor was put into the Ellis County Texas Jail illegally for 53 days as a political prisoner — held for extradition. William M. Windsor was then unlawfully held in the Ada County Idaho Jail for 35 days and then illegally handed over to two Missoula County Montana Sheriff’s Deputies on March 25, 2015. He was held there for 46 days (a grand total of 134 days behind bars). He escaped (on bond) at 11:30 am on May 9, 2015.
The State of Montana has filed five criminal charges against William M. Windsor for sending a Tweet, publishing the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE‘s name (the would-be killer Sean Boushie) four times, sending a legal notice email to a University of Montana attorney, and filming the movie and the pilot for a TV show that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in the country. “Law enforcement” had LawlessAmerica.com removed from the Internet. This website contains over 1,600 articles exposing corruption. Bill Windsor worked with a friendly offshore hosting company to return the website to the Internet outside the clutches of American evildoers. He wasn’t so lucky when Facebook removed the movie page falsely claiming it promoted nudity, pornography, and solicitation of sex … or when AT&T canceled the email that he used on everything related to the movie for years falsely claiming he violated their Terms of Service.
Bill Windsor goes on trial on June 22, 2015 at the Missoula County Courthouse. He’s absolutely innocent, so the odds are he will be convicted and spend the rest of his life in the Montana State Prison.
