Hilton Hotels attempted to have Bill Windsor of Lawless America arrested for the crime of photography on October 8, 2012.
I am sorry to say that I spent two nights at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak in Phoenix, Arizona. I will no longer stay at any Hilton property. In 118 days on the road filming, I have been “evicted” and had the police called on me twice. Both were Hilton properties. Hampton Inn in Philadelphia and Pointe Hilton in Phoenix.
The short guy is Haji Mathai, Director of Safety & Security. He lied and claimed he was the general manager. He said photography was not allowed at the Hilton because it is private property. I was in an area of the hotel that gets no traffic filming the Congressional Testimony of Karla Pope against a plain white wall. I told him I was a guest. He said that didn’t matter. After they called the police to come apparently to arrest me for the crime of photography, I asked that they call the police and have them arrest all the people with cameras out by the pool. “Haji” said I was the only one they had a problem with. I asked to speak to the owner, and I was informed that this is a corporate hotel.
Many people are contacting the hotel and others to complain. Here is the contact information that many of you have requested by email: 602-997-2626 , fax: 602-906-3992. Haji’s number is 602-906-3841 — email@example.com.
Here is my letter:
CEO of Hilton, General Manager of Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak and Josephine Godin:
I was evicted from Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak today, and the police were called to arrest me for the crime of photography.
I would like to have the cost of my room credited. I would also like a public apology letter from the CEO of Hilton as well as the reassignment of Johnson Mathei aka “Haji” to the maintenance staff.
I am a candidate for the United States House of Representatives, and I am proud to be a nominee for CNN’s Hero of the Year. I stayed at Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak while filming testimony to the U.S. Congress from victims of judicial and government corruption. http://www.facebook.com/events/232740706853517/
I am the Producer and Director of “Lawless America…The Movie” and “Love Letters to Our Children.” Today was Day 117 of a 174-day movie road trip to all 50 states. I have stayed at many Hilton properties during my trip. I have instructed the woman booking my rooms to cancel all remaining Hilton properties for this trip and for the future. I will cash in my Hilton Honors points and cancel my account.
I am shocked to learn from Haji that Hilton hotels no longer allows cameras or cellphones at its properties. I suggest that you post this notice on all of your advertisements.William M. Diane Wilson I called the corporate office and first I was put on hold for 2 minutes. Finally a guest assistant supervisor got on by the name of Tatiana Ruiz, firstname.lastname@example.org. I told her exactly what happened to Bill Windsor and she said cameras are allowed but it depends on what kind of camera, that if it was a professional camera then that would be a problem unless there is a bride at a wedding or something like that. I told her I have a professional camera and I take them with me when I travel also, that what happened to Bill amounted to nothing more than discrimination. I then asked her if the Hilton has a discrimination policy and she said “oh no, we have to treat everyone the same.” So then I asked her if they have a zero tolerance discrimination policy. And she said “yes, we have a zero tolerance discrimination policy.” I spoke with her for about 30 minutes. I have the entire transcript Bill if you would like. She told me that if an email is sent to her she will “forward” it to the right person. She did look up Bill’s confirmation number and is aware it is already on facebook. She would not give me the president’s, Christopher Nassetta email address or telephone number. She said we have to call the 888-240-6152 to file a complaint…lol. I told her this was going to the media. http://www.hiltonworldwide.com/about/leadership/ceo-christopher-nassetta/

MAINSTREAM MEDIA: IT’S LAWLESS AMERICA — Google Judge Gordon Godfrey, and review the first 20 results. We have generated 14 of the 20 including 4 of the Top 5, to include #1 and #2.
We will do this for every corrupt judge and government person in America. Just email your story to Editor@LawlessAmerica.com. Include photos if you can find them. Always fully name everyone — Judge Gordon Godfrey, not he or Judge Godfrey or anything but the full name, Judge Gordon Godfrey. I try to upload several of the three-minute testimony videos each day.

Lawless America…The Movie is all about exposing the fact that we now live in Lawless America. We no longer have laws that are enforced because judges do whatever they want to do. America has also become lawless because government officials are dishonest and/or corrupt.
The movie will expose corruption in every state. The Movie will focus on victims. Corrupt judges and corrupt government officials will be exposed, and we will confront a number of the crooks.
If anyone has ever questioned the story of a person who has expressed the view that they were a victim of the government or of judges, this movie will prove that the odds are that the corruption report was true. In fact, there are probably tens of millions of victims in the United States who never realized what happened to them.
One feature length documentary movie is being produced. It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals.
In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruption. Everyone who is interviewed for the film will record a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress as well as a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and GRIP, and candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives. The legislators in each state will receive the testimony from those in their state, and the members of the U.S. House and Senate will receive all of the testimony nationwide.
Over 750 people are already scheduled to be interviewed for the movie. We will continue to accept as many requests as possible.
The 50-state road trip is planned to take 166 days. Here is the itinerary for Lawless America…the Movie. The road trip starts in Atlanta and heads North and travels counterclockwise around the country. From Olympia, Washington, we will head up to Juneau, Alaksa. Upon the return to Atlanta, Bill Windsor will fly to Honolulu as the 50th state.
All filming will be done either at the State Capitol, at a courthouse in the state capital, or in a meeting room near the Capitol. For those who are unable to travel to the capital, you can still appear in the videos by recording your own video or by being interviewed on camera by Bill Windsor using a webcam and Skype. Webcams are available on loan to those who need one for their interview.
It is our plan that this movie can educate many, many people about the reality that America is broken. We will expose many corrupt judges and government officials. We hope to generate a lot of publicity about corruption that the mainstream media usually hides from the public.
We will deliver proposed judicial reform legislation to the governor and legislators at each state Capitol.
We will make room in the film schedule for anyone with a great story of corruption. Email email@example.com.
