Did you know that your state and county governments are taking children from their parents for no valid reason other than to receive federal funds?
Did you know that our courts routinely give custody to fathers who sexually abuse their children?
Did you know that our elderly are being taken from their children and grandchildren so corrupt attorneys, judges, and businesspeople can steal all of their money and property?
Did you know that as many as 25% of the people in prison were wrongfully convicted?
Did you know that little children are being handcuffed and sent to prison so judges can make money?
Did you know that many Americans are victims of foreclosure fraud?
Did you know that the truth will not help you in court in America?
Are you aware that we no longer have the fundamental rights that our forefathers protected for us in the Constitution and Bill of Rights?
I could go on and on asking you questions about facts that you probably know nothing about. Just know that in a heartbeat, you can have everything you own stolen by corrupt attorneys and judges, your children can be taken from you and your parental rights may be terminated; your parents can be placed under guardianship and you will not even be allowed to contact them while crooks steal all of their assets; you can easily be convicted of crimes that you did not commit and spend the rest of your life in jail.

America has become lawless. We have plenty of laws, but judges, attorneys, elected officials, law enforcement, and a wide variety of government employees feel they are above the law. These dishonest, corrupt people take the law into their own hands. And there is nowhere we can turn for help. No one is accountable.
I have sent information about crimes by federal judges and federal employees to every member of the United States House of representatives and Senate. Ignored. I filed an action in the United States Supreme Court asking the justices to tell federal judges that they have to abide by the Constitution, and our Supreme Court Justices refused to do so. These corrupt people will stop at nothing.
We no longer have our Constitutional rights. Our government officials do whatever they want, and the Constitution is meaningless to them.
And there isn’t a thing you can do about it. It’s Lawless America. We want our country back!

I am devoting the rest of my life to exposing government corruption because if someone doesnāt step up to try to organize an effort to save America, our children and grandchildren will never have the rights that we were all supposedly guaranteed. We want our country back!
If we paid any attention at all in school, we all know about the American Revolutionary War. The colonists had a number of issues, including the Stamp Act of 1765, imposed by Great Britain, that the colonists felt was āunconstitutional.ā
The British Parliament insisted it had the right to tax colonists. The colonists claimed that taxation without representation was illegal.
This led to the Boston Tea Party and the Revolutionary War.
The issues that motivated the colonists in America to revolt were NOTHING compared to the issues that all Americans face today. LET ME REPEAT THAT: The issues that caused the American Revolution pale in comparison to what we all face as Americans today!
The problem is that few Americans realize what has happened. There is a tremendous need to educate our family, friends, neighbors, even our enemies. This is as serious as a heart attack, and it affects every single American.
I do not in any way propose or support a ārevolutionā or any form of armed conflict.
It would be illegal and, I believe it would be a disaster.
What I propose is that those who are aware of the loss of our Constitutional rights and the dishonesty that permeates government join forces to educate the masses. We want our country back!
I have learned from my own experience that our elected and appointed government officials are dishonest, and many are out-and-out corrupt. I can say this because I have contacted local, county, state, and federal officials (of all parties) with undeniable proof of significant corruption, and no one has done a thing. Instead, many of these officials have worked together to thwart my every effort to expose the corruption. My money has been stolen; my life has allegedly been threatened; and I have been denied every form of Constitutional right.
Our Constitutional rights are a mirage.
There is no one in government who will stand up against the evil-doers. Judges do whatever they want.
Judges all across America regularly commit criminal acts and damage people because they have the power to do it. Judges answer to no one.
Our elected officials ignore the wrongdoing and corruption because they are all part of āthe system.ā Most are attorneys, and they all belong to the same āfraternityā of attorneys.
They protect one another. In my case, I contacted every member of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House, the President, every federal appellate court judge in America, every federal judge in Georgia, every legislator in each and every state, and many others. No honest government official could review the information that I sent and do nothing. No one did a thing.
Our fundamental rights have been stolen. Our government officials have failed to protect us and they have denied honest services to us. We want our country back!
The so-called āmainstreamā media (newspapers, TV, radio) will not cover it. I have been told they are afraid of the judges and other power brokers. This will be the biggest scandal in the history of America if the story were exposed.
Instead, they cover it up.
So, here we are. Judges can and will do anything to any of us without concern for the facts or the law. They will commit crimes to damage us.
They will protect and rule for the benefit of their attorney friends and those with money and connections.
They destroy people financially and emotionally.
They rip families apart.
They allow the elderly to be abused physically, mentally, and financially.
They conspire to commit foreclosure fraud and financial fraud.
They deny parents and grandparents the right to see their children and grandchildren, with guardianship and children and family courts often acting as money-making schemes for those favored by the judges.
We do not have the rights to due process. We do not have the right to a fair trial. We do not have the right to an impartial judge. We are guilty unless proven innocentā¦against all odds.
We do not have the right to have the laws properly enforced. We may be denied the ability to file a lawsuit, call witnesses, examine or cross-examine witnesses, and the list goes on.
The legal system is a giant money machine for the bad guys.
The system has been bastardized over the years to generate more and more money for attorneys and our elected officials.
The system has been completely warped to favor big, rich corporations, campaign donors, bribers, other government officials, and anyone else whom is favored for the wrong reasons.
And our elected officials in the Democratic and Republican parties are at least dishonest, and most simply have to be classified as corrupt. They ignore the real problems in America. They take care of their fat cat friends. They have mortgaged our future and have all but destroyed America. We want our country back!
I donāt have all the answers, but I have a few. And I have unique business experience over the last 40+ years that makes me well-suited to evaluate this crisis and generate ideas for battling the corruption. I have spent the last several years doing this.
The fundamental problem is dishonesty. The core problem behind everything is dishonesty.
We must see all of the corrupt and seriously dishonest people removed from our government.
To ever accomplish anything, we need to educate a significant number of people about our plight.
We need our fellow Americans to recognize that the position we are in today is dramatically worse than when the colonists faced from 1765 to 1776.
We need leaders in the battle against government corruption to agree combine efforts to accomplish something, so we can educate people and build strength in numbers to generate meaningful results.
We need Americans just like you and me to recognize the serious problem and spread the word.
We do not have to accept what our country has become. Itās our country, and we can make it what WE want it to be.
We do not have to accept the Democratic and Republican elected officials who appear to be primarily interested in what they can get out of being in an elected position. We want our country back!
We can fix America. We can get our Constitutional rights back. We simply need to educate our fellow Americans and remove all of the corrupt and dishonest people from office.
Government is supposed to work for us. Laws are supposed to protect us, not be used against us.
A recent survey found that the approval rating of Congress has dropped to its lowest level in history ā 12 percent. That’s down from 21 percent in June. But what will we do in November, we will re-elect many of these folks and when we do elect new folks, it will just be more of the same.
In America today, 1% or less of the population has all the power: Our elected officials, big corporations, and the mega-wealthy.
The rest of us ā the 99% — are Nobodies, powerless to obtain justice and denied our fundamental rights.
But there is one place where we have powerā¦at the ballot box.
We donāt have to just disapprove of our elected officials; we can change them, but the Republican and Democratic parties wonāt let us ā we just get more of the same. And when new people take office, one of the first things they tell them is that they have to do what their party tells them to do.
Start with a cage containing five monkeys. Inside the cage, hang a banana on a string and place a set of stairs under it. Before long, a monkey will go to the stairs and start to climb towards the banana. As soon as he touches the stairs, spray all of the other monkeys with cold water. After a while, another monkey makes an attempt with the same result – all the other monkeys are sprayed with cold water. Pretty soon, when another monkey tries to climb the stairs, the other monkeys will try to prevent it.
Now, put away the cold water. Remove one monkey from the cage and replace it with a new one. The new monkey sees the banana and wants to climb the stairs. To his surprise and horror, all of the other monkeys attack him. After another attempt and attack, he knows that if he tries to climb the stairs, he will be assaulted.
Next, remove another of the original five monkeys and replace it with a new one. The newcomer goes to the stairs and is attacked. The previous newcomer takes part in the punishment with enthusiasm! Likewise, replace a third original monkey with a new one, then a fourth, then the fifth.
Every time the newest monkey takes to the stairs, he is attacked. Most of the monkeys that are beating him have no idea why they were not permitted to climb the stairs or why they are participating in the beating of the newest monkey.
After replacing all the original monkeys, none of the remaining monkeys have ever been sprayed with cold water. Nevertheless, no monkey ever again approaches the stairs to try for the banana.
Why not?
Because as far as they know that’s the way it’s always been done.
This is what our elected officials have done. Even if they were honest, they have become dishionest and/or corrupt.
WE are supposed to have the power.
The only way we will get what we need is to rReplace all the monkeys at once.

After carefully evaluating our plight, I propose that the way to save America is through the creation of a new political party. The Revolutionary Party. We want our country back!
What I propose is a new type of political party, one built on the most fundamental of concepts:
- Honesty
- Fundamental rights
- Constitution
- Bill of Rights
- Laws that mean what they say. Eliminate outrageous laws.
- Accountability.
This new partyās platform is these fundamental rights that 99% of us should embrace ā the basic things that we should have as Americans, but we donāt have this because the bad guys have stripped it away from us.
My proposal is to build a new political party from the 99% of us who are currently essentially powerless. We elect people who we feel will be honest and protect these fundamental rights, and we have contracts and pass laws that make these elected officials accountable. Our elected officials and judges do what they are supposed to do, or we remove them immediately. By requiring every government official to sign a Contract with the Citizens making them accountable to us through a Grand Jury action, we will be forever protected against the corruption that has eaten our country alive. Never again.
As to the many other issues that face our country, our new party will not take positions. Our concept is to put truly honest, accountable people in office, and then let them carefully study the issues and make informed decisions. The idea is that honesty, our fundamental rights, and saving America from corruption are whatās most important.
One fundamental right is that Government has no rights to take away our children or our parents, and both of those outrageous acts are currently sanctioned and encouraged by our state and federal governments. Childrenās rights are important, too.
Another fundamental right is to be presumed innocent until proven guilty and that justice is what should be the focus of any and all legal proceedings. The innocent must be released from jail. Some experts say that as many as 25% of the people in prison are innocent. So, I believe we must abolish the death penalty except in cases of treason. The United States has the highest incarceration rate in the world. One in every 31 adults (7.3 million) in the United States is behind bars, or is on probation and parole.
I propose total legal reform. Minimize legal expense.
Redress should be available for all who have been wronged. I propose that everyone wronged be allowed to pursue legal action against all the wrongdoers.
Donāt spend more than you have. The financial management of our country is completely and totally ridiculous. One way to avoid future financial insanity is to establish that any time there is a deficit, no member of the legislature will be eligible for reelection.
Reduce taxes. Reduce waste. Downsize government.
Members of the legislature should have their salaries reduced, and they should receive no pay or benefits when they’re out of office.
Congressional pay should rise by the lower of CPI or 3%, and legislators should not be allowed to change this.
All funds in the Congressional retirement fund should move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds should flow into the Social Security system, and Congress should participate with the American people.
There will be no pension or retirement plan for members of the legislature.
Legislators lose their current health care system and participate in the same health care system as the American people.
Legislators must equally abide by all laws they impose on their fellow citizens.
All contracts with past and present members of Congress are void.
Reduce the power of judges.
Increase the power of grand juries.
Put every corrupt government official and employee on trial for treason. Revoke any retirement or other benefits of those convicted of felonies.
Let honest people hear the facts and decide whatās best.
Cease pandering to the rich corporations and mega-rich individuals.
Improve education.
Improve health and food safety.
Return God to our schools and anywhere else it has been removed, while respecting the right for the 7% in America who do not believe in God.
Special Grand Juries to hear charges against corrupt government officials and to review cases of those who feel they have been wronged. Decisions to become valid when we succeed in gaining control of the legislatures.
We want our country back!
With the input of thousands of people, I have drafted proposed legislation that will correct much of what is broken in America. In the months ahead, we will be demanding that our elected officials enact these common sense proposals. We will be demanding that every elected official in America put an end to the dishonesty and corruption. And if they donāt, we must replace them and then put them on trial for their crimes.
I have devised a plan for how we will go about bringing charges against corrupt officials now as well as a way to review the cases of those who have been wronged by the corrupt system.
No guns. No violence. Just a bunch of Nobodies peacefully saving America. We want our country back!

The power that judges and our government officials have taken and twisted has resulted in absolute power that has turned America into a police state rather than the Constitutional Republic that it is supposed to be. I could spend days giving you examples of crimes committed by our judges and government officials. Iāve spent five months driving to every state, meeting with thousands of victims, and I am shocked and appalled by what I have seen and heard.
The situation we are in is incomprehensible. I do not believe there is an honest elected official in Washington DC, and many state elected officials are just as corrupt.
If we donāt act now, I believe our children and grandchildren will be doomed to live in a country that is as bad as the most oppressive countries we have ever heard about.
Thomas Jefferson said āEvery generation needs a new revolution.ā Weāre just a generation or two late, but the time is now.
We have needed a new revolution for sometime now. Well, todayās the day: 10-11-12.

The Basics
Lawless America…The Movie is all about exposing the fact that we now live in Lawless America. We no longer have laws that are enforced because judges do whatever they want to do. America has also become lawless because government officials are dishonest and/or corrupt.
The movie will expose corruption in every state. The Movie will focus on victims. Corrupt judges and corrupt government officials will be exposed, and we will confront a number of the crooks.
If anyone has ever questioned the story of a person who has expressed the view that they were a victim of the government or of judges, this movie will prove that the odds are that the corruption report was true. In fact, there are probably tens of millions of victims in the United States who never realized what happened to them.
One feature length documentary movie is being produced. It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals.
In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruption. Everyone who is interviewed for the film will record a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress as well as a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and GRIP, and candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives. The legislators in each state will receive the testimony from those in their state, and the members of the U.S. House and Senate will receive all of the testimony nationwide.
Over 1,500 people are already scheduled to be interviewed for the movie. We will continue to accept as many requests as possible.
The 50-state road trip is planned to take 174 days. Here is the itinerary for Lawless America…the Movie. The road trip starts in Atlanta and heads North and travels counterclockwise around the country. Upon the return to Atlanta, Bill Windsor will fly to Hawaii and Alaska and will spend one day in Olympia Washington and Portland Oregon.
All filming will be done either at the State Capitol, at a courthouse in the state capital, in a meeting room near the Capitol, or at a nearby hotel. For those who are unable to travel to the capital, you can still appear in the videos by recording your own video or by being interviewed on camera by Bill Windsor using a webcam and Skype. Webcams are available on loan to those who need one for their interview.
It is our plan that this movie can educate many, many people about the reality that America is broken. We will expose many corrupt judges and government officials. We hope to generate a lot of publicity about corruption that the mainstream media usually hides from the public.
We will deliver proposed judicial reform legislation to the governor and legislators at each state Capitol.
